- Oleksandra (8/5): Good option for the money it costs - I’ve booked this apartment due to issue with another one. Confirmation was very quick and I was checked in in 30 min. It’s a good location, there are couple of stores downstairs, you have also small kitchen. There is a pool in the building. There were small ants in the bathroom. And you need to tell in advance whenever you want to go to the pool ( I would prefer skip this interaction ) :)

- Louisa (6/5): Good location. - Good location, short taxi into centre of town. Supermarkets downstairs were convenient, pool good size. Strong smell of drains/damp in the apartment, which persisted even with windows open and water in sinks to block the smell. We booked the apartment because it had a gym, but when we arrived were informed that the rules have changed and short term residents are no longer allowed to access the gym. Pool shut for cleaning on one of the three days we were there, and only open until 17:00 so limited time to enjoy it.
- Sarah (8/5): Very good - Good air con, washing machine and a central location. Nice, clean apartment in a safe and secure apartment block. Took about 5 mins in a Grab to get to the centre. Michelle, the host, was very helpful indeed! There was a slight musty smell in the apartment which reduced when we opened the window.
- Aisling (10/5): Perfect stay - This apartment was so nice and spacious, perfect for staying in Ho Chi Minh, so close to the centre with bonus of being a bit quieter. Would 100% stay here again if we come back to Ho Chi Minh. Michelle the host is also so helpful!

Quick response time, hot water in the shower, very comfy bed, access to a gym that is such an easy set up! We had no worries or stress when staying here as Michelle went above and beyond for us🫶we would return back the next time we go to Ho Chi Minh :) thank you so much Michelle and your sister! Nothing it’s perfect

The attention to cleanliness was evident throughout, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. A huge plus for the 7/11 convenience store downstairs!

The view is beautiful. TV with Netflix Good WiFi The bathroom is very dark, hard to apply makeup or do personal care. Also it has a unpleasant smell, maybe from humidity, the vent can be improved. Only 1 mirror in the bathroom, we wish there is a full body mirror in the room.

Plenty of space for a solo traveler or even a couple who plan on staying in HCM City for an extended period of time. Ugly recommend.

Apartment studio was a described in the pictures and very secure. Access to gym and pool was provided with straightforward set up arranged by Michelle. Quiet floor with bin access nearby, cleaned daily. Grab taxi pick up outside with x2 grocery shops onsite. Bed was slightly too hard for my liking

As a personal preference, the pillows were too hard and thick, only one coffee cup, payment by credit card requires an additional 3%.

Nice design (though no longer the newest stuff). Clean. Nice city view. Washing machine with detergent Payment procedure a little strange since we had to pay on site. Since we did not expect it we had not sufficient cash with us and Michelle did not bring the credit card machine. You may want to inform the clients beforehand (at least for foreigners booking via booking it is a little bit unusual and complicated). Please also invest into the maintenance (many cupboard doors and drawers could not be closed which does not feel too tidy). A towel in the kitch to dry the dishes would be great

We would come back here anytime. Thanks a lot! The kitchen is not fully equipped. Things like salt, oil, or pepper were missing. It gets quite bright early in the morning.
- Luis (10/5): Beautiful apartment in an ideal location perfect for exploring the city & resting comfortably after. - Beautifully located, only a few minutes walk to beautiful cafes and a bustling food street that is an absolute must visit! The facilities are state-of-the-art, clean and regularly maintained. Even the city center is easily reachable by foot and most destinations in HCMC will only be a short taxi ride away for you. The beds are super comfortable and the room had all possible amenities and was sparking clean! 10/10, would stay here again in a heartbeat.
