• ANNE (10/5): - Total tolle TOP gepflegte weiß gehaltene Wohnung. Vor der Tür gegenüber die Busverbindung nach Rom Netter Kontakt Die Wohnung liegt hinten raus zu den Bahngleisen. Ziemlich laut, ich habe sie am zweiten Tag kaum mehr wahrgenommen. Freundin benötigte Ohrstöpsel. ABER. Wer verkehrsangebunden wohnen möchte ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

• Coleen (9/5): A lovely base to explore Rome - Lovely bright and beautifully decorated apartment with two bathrooms The one shower is tiny but everything else was wonderful
• Jos (7/5): Clean and comfortable apartment in Rome. - The appartement was well maintained, very clean, modern and generally comfortable. Beds a tiny bit hard, but clean and comfortable enough. Bathrooms were nice, well equipped, clean. Showers were great. The host, Carlotta, communicates great and prompt. Even without meeting in person, felt like pleasant and personal contact. The appartement is also close to the Ostiense train station, allowing a smooth and quick transfer to Fiumicino airport. Being close to the train station has one big disadvantage, the over 15 train tracks close to the apartment. The noise from the many trains, including cargo trains was very disruptive. They come and go from very early morning till late in the evening. If you are used to noisy environments, like coming from a big city, maybe no issue. For us it had quite some impact on our night rest.

• Cristina (8/5): Cómodo y limpio - Está muy limpio, es cómodo y tiene buenas conexiones con lo principalmente turístico . Carlota está atenta a lo que necesites. Es un piso antiguo, pero reformado y con las necesidades de un turista que llega con 38° de la calle y necesita una buena fria y confortable cama Cuidado con abrir las ventanas , se te cuelan mosquitos y t arruinan el desayuno. La placa de inducción no funcionaba bien. Y lo tercero, enterarte allí del impuesto turístico, lo desconocía, son 6 euros por persona y día, excesivo con lo que ya nos gastamos los turistas, aunque de esto no es responsable la dueña, pero aviso.
• Magdalena (10/5): Carlotta is nice and polite person. She was always helpfull and gave us good info, advice. - Really nice appartement. Clean, tidy and big advantage are 2 bathrooms + 2 bedrooms. Kitchen really good equipped with everything you need. Very close to Metro station and the city center. I can't complain about anything.

Would have loved to have spent more ti - That it was clean, comfortable and central I really loved the apartment. I know it’s hard to have everything in a small apartment, but one thing that could make it even better would be if there was a washing machine, but otherwise it was great.

• Simeon (10/5): Excellent - It was unique, very cozy, warm, clean and comfortable. The location is also very good, close to the bus stop. Everything was great. The only thing was that you could hear the trains passing by, but that's not a big problem because you're constantly sightseeing.
