• MARA (9/5): Cómodo y tranquilo. Buena ubicación. - La ubicación es muy cómoda, cerca de la estación y el studio tenía todo lo necesario. No había adaptadores, todos los enchufes eran con 3 patas, tuve que ir a la estación a comprarme uno. El video con la explicación para llegar no sirvió mucho porque están arreglando las calles.

• Kyin (7/5): Homey place in Lugano - Big and spacious room, and apartment is near the train station. Quite a well equipped place with privacy! Washing machine just next door, very convenient. Floor was oily when we first entered, when we cleaned it it was soapy, seems like it has not been wiped properly. Was able to do limited cooking, as there were no oil, seasonings, baking paper. We had to put the quilt into the blanket on our own too.

• Chris (10/5): Great place to stay in Lugano!! - Great property, nice and clean and had everything we needed. Super close to the train station and main district Nothing really.

• Allison (4/5): Below average for a Booking.com venue. Worst of the 8 we have had so far on our trip so far. - Clean room. Good bathroom. Warm. Poor instructions to enter(relied on a poorly produced video) Poor lighting on stairs and night. We stumbled in the dark. (Safety hazard) The gate is poorly designed, hard to access with luggage. Should swing outwards instead of inwards! Poor / Slow response to questions! No access the laundry. No direction to its location! We were told to look out side the door of our apartment?? It was actually behind a locked door that looked like another apartment!!. When we eventually go access to the laundry the lights did not work, had to use my iphone torch in a room full of stuff to be tripped over in the dark. (Safety hazard) Electrician came to fix the internet and the laundry light, (after 24 hours)and he locked the laundry so no access again so we gave up on that !!😡 No internet for 24hours, once the room modem was reset the internet connection was very poor/slow. Gave up and had to use our own data😡
