- Wilson (9/5): Best rental I've had for cleanliness, ammenities and location esp for its price point - location great. No too far from anything but far enough away to be quiet and safe to wander. Ammenities such as apliances & furniture very good quality. Cleanliness great. Plenty of lighting and power outlets. Stair lights a bonus for elderly. slippery tiles on the front entrance and showers when wet esp without shoes. Non slip appication required??
