• Isabella (9/5): This apartment was exactly what we needed, and we had such an amazing stay. - The location was perfect. Close to the train station and within walking distance of everything. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The washing machine does not really spin your clothes so it took longer for clothes to dry due to excess moisture.

• Rita (9/5): Appartamento molto bello, posizione centrale - L'appartamento è grande e molto bello, eravamo 4 persone ma può ospitarne almeno 5 (perché ci sono 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 divano letto e 1 letto singolo). È ben pulito, accogliente e addirittura avevamo a disposizione caffè solubile, tè e un paio di bottiglie piccole di acqua. Il bagno è ampio e attrezzato e molto pulito. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e per qualsiasi problema sono sempre stati molto disponibili. Ottima posizione, centrale e vicino a molte attrazioni. Consiglio vivamente!

Los AC no tiraban calefacción. Las camas son mantas. No pudimos ducharnos porque el agua salía FRÍA. Pedimos que urgente nos solucionen la calefacción y me han traído un calefantor y unas mantas. En la cocina NO HAY MICROONDAS. NO HAY CAFETERA ELÉCTRICA. NO VAY CALENTADOR ELÉCTRICO. La lavadora no centrífuga. La cocina era eléctrica pero las ollas NO FUNCIONAN porque no eran por inducción. No había vajilla suficiente para 5 personas. UNA ESTAFA. Un desastre. Si la información en Booking fuera la real NO ALQUILABA ALLI. Me responden que nosotros teníamos frío! Que más se 21.5 grados no podían usarse la calefacción. Las camas incómodas . Desagradable estancia allá. No Recomiendo a nadie este sitio. Para bajar al bajo hay una escalera que no tiene luz. Debimos usar el móvil para bajar las escaleras a la calle. La empresa que inventé lo que quieras para defenderse. Lo real de ese apartamento no coincide en nada con lo ofertado y descripción. Una verdadera estafa. He hecho denuncia .

• M°Cruz (4/5): Se puede mejorar - La ubicación, instalaciones buenas y limpias. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas antes de tiempo. Sofá cama con los muelles doblados y colchón ultra fino, muy incómodo. Agua caliente y calefacción al mínimo. No hay luz en las escaleras para bajar. No hay mantas.

• flash269 (2/5): I wish I hadn't initially needed to book two bedrooms - The apartment was very close to a civilised part of Florence, yards from Gamberini cafe and some high quality hotels. But there's a lot of unsavoury characters around the street and between the property and the station. I wouldn't recommend the place for anyone. Certainly not females in that area. The walk back in the evening could be risky. On out 2nd night a gang of males came in to the rooms above the apartment at 4am, lots of shouting, lots of banging on the floor above. I wouldn't like to have met them on the stairs. The shower was poor, the diverter tap barely wirking. The shower pan was broken and poorly repaired with sealant. The were mosquitoes in the bedroom, obviously close to the river. I suffered 7 bites. Managed to swat two mosquitoes during the night, but obviously didn't get all if them. Glad to be out of there in the last day. Its overpriced and not in a great location regarding safety in surrounding street and particularly the unknown neighbours. I would not recommend anyine to use apartments in this area. Not even if they were better quality or cheaper. I forgot to say the second bedroom was equipped with a tiny and overcoat bed.

• K (9/5): 역과 가까운 깔끔한 숙소 - 전반적으로 깨끗합니다. 시설도 깔끔합니다. 기본적인 조리시설이 있어서 요리하기 편했어요. 역이랑 가까운것이 장점. 주변을 걸어서 여행할수도있어요. 세탁기가 미니사이즈라 그런지 성능이 조금아쉬웠다. 작지만 윗층소리가 새벽에 들렸다. 숙소문제는 아님.
• LeAnn (10/5): Close to everything, clean, beautiful and safe - Everything is within a 20 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants that are open late nearby. There is a small market one door down and the river is within three minutes walking distance, with the metro being just a quick seven minute walk away. The accommodation was clean and the air-conditioning worked great! Wi-Fi was fast and the host was very quick to respond to any needs we had. I highly recommend this establishment if you are staying with kids as it fit, our family of five perfectly. Really my only quarrel was that we could not figure out the washing machine. We let the host know that we had a small issue with it and they got to fixing it right away.

The host is very kind and he quickly answers all our questions. The sofa bed is not too comfy. they need to repair a humidity problem in a living room wall because there is a little smell.

The AC was no very effective, I think the filters may have needed to be cleaned. Some instructions for how to use the washing machine would have been helpful.

Living room has a doub - Easy access to train station and walkable throughout Florence. WiFi was very good and relatively spacious even with the sofa bed pulled out. Complaints are minimal. There are two flights of stairs to climb—we expected it and it was fine. It would be great if the welcome kit came with a couple of laundry pods.

• Lynsey (9/5): Super apartment for a family - The property was perfect for our family of 4. We had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment is in a great location. Only 5 minutes from the train station. There are good restaurants and small supermarkets near by. The main attractions of Florence are only a short walk away.
• Emili (10/5): Excellent location, clean, as described - It is in the central area, very close to the historic center and the central train station. It is a very safe area. We arrived late at night, the owner helped us a lot. The apartment was very clean, according to the pictures. We did not cook but whoever wants to can find everything they need in the kitchen. I recommend this accommodation. -
• Geoff (7/5): Overall a good place to explore the lovely city of Florence. - Location was great as you could walk easily from the train station and all the sights. Only a couple of blocks from the river too was nice. We had some issues with the bathroom sink and the washing machine was not working but these were sorted out efficiently and satisfactorily by the property managers.

The floor was a bit sticky and there was no mop to clean it. The bathroom was clean but had a sense of old plumbing (but that just may be the building).

• Jelena (10/5): Great central apartments! - Good located, spaciuos and fully equiped apartments. Close to Central Ferenze train station and visiting objects. Good for staying for family of 5. Well cleaned, good kitchen facilities, conditioner. Conad mini grocery market is near by. Really recommend Mamo team! Great attenion to the client. Everything was fine.

Right below the apartment there is a shop for last minute necessities, food too. The train station is close as well as the cathedral of Santa Maria Novella. The apartment is cozy and has got all the appliances you need. The staff is polite and nice The sofa bed was not really comfortable but the rest was ok

• Kristy (4/5): Great location but apartment is clearly not well maintained. - Property was on a good location easy to walk from the train station and close to restaurants and the city. Constant problems, we did not have a functioning toilet for most of the stay as it kept blocking. They came twice to fix it and it wasn’t properly fixed either time. First time we told them at 8am it was blocked, they responded at lunchtime by email saying they needed permission to come fix, then I emailed them back at 3 (as we were out all day and didn’t see the email ) yes that’s fine. Apparently they missed that email as we got home at 6 and still not fixed, they didn’t end up coming until 9pm. I would have expected them to call if they needed permission to enter and hadn’t heard from us rather than just leave it. The 2nd time they came to fix the toilet they left a mess everywhere in the bathroom and again it wasn’t fixed. Also the washing machine didn’t work (again came to fix it but it still didn’t do anything apart from wet the clothes) and also the kettle and TV didn’t work. The check in process was extremely long as it required photos uploaded to a website that kept crashing. Very disappointing.
• Arnold (8/5): I would recommend this apartment to anyone I know who is going to Firenze. - For the price of a 3-star hotel room, we were able to stay in an apartment, with a living room and kitchen facilities. This was so good: we able to go to il mercato centrale, pick up some bread, cheese, vegetables and wine, and have breakfast or lunch in the apartment. Really, really nice There were some minor glitches. The moden/wifi router needed to be replaced, and the stove was unfamiliar to me, but we were able to get things running smoothly with very little problem.

Very close to the train station, and about 15 min walk to the old town. Over night there were people being aggressive outside, which got me a little concerned for the safety of the neighborhood, but of course this is always a risk anywhere, and it had nothing to do with the apartment itself.

Had a washing machine which was a huge plus! Also had lots of storage. Location was near the train station, about a 7 minute walk. Not a clean as would have liked. Interior entrance had a lot of clutter- ladder etc) The sofa bed and folding single bed was very uncomfortable and had very thin mattresses.

Residential as opposed to touristy yet still in centre. The day before we left toilet was clogged. We were told a plumber would be send to resolve problem. Nothing was done. We could not use toilet for fear flooding the apartment.
