• Irene (10/5): - Loved everything about it! The location is fantastic - you honestly couldn't be closer to all the major attractions in Greenwich. It was also very quiet, managed to get good sleep every single night. The instructions were very clear and the owners very kind - they allowed us to drop off our bags earlier than the check-in time, which allowed us to make the most of the sightseeing on the first day. And then there's the view! Those sunsets over the Thames watched from our little balcony were a major highlight for us! 10 out of 10, will definitely be back!

The instructions from the host were timely and clear and the flat was very clean and as good as the photos. We had a great couple of days using this flat as our base for exploring parts of London. A great little find.

• LewisHouse (9/5): Hidden Gem in Greenwich - Great location for what we wanted. Lovely, comfortable and well-kept cosy flat and the host is really helpful and easy to contact. We will definitely be staying here again! Nothing but the property is on the top floor so there are quite a few flights of stairs, which may be unsuitable for some.

• Patricia (10/5): - The flat is very nice, comfortable, and very well located. The flat is located on the fourth floor and the building doesn't have a lift. We had several pieces of luggage and it was difficult taking them up and down the stairs.

Unfortunately the microwave had been removed, due to a safety issue, and can no longer be used in the apartment. This should be made clear in the listing. A quick trip to ikea, or even half an hour on Amazon could easily fix the biggest issue we had, which was the standard of the kitchen items. Some nice mugs, but chipped plates, broken knives, burnt, and stained cheap plastic utensils, were very off putting. We did not want to cook anything using the provided items, but had to due to the lack of a microwave. A good vacuum was definitely needed, and furniture should be moved when this is done. Under the bed was rather gross, unfortunately my deoderant rolled under, it came out needing to be washed! Lots of very old dust around, just needs a proper cleaning. Has such good reviews, I was expecting a lot better! When you see that complimentary Wine or Champagne, Water, Chocolates or Cookies are proveded for guests, you expect a certain standard. Unfortunately we were left nothing, except what I can only guess to be previous guests leftovers in the kitchen cupboards. Almost empty miss matched bathroom products, should just be thrown away. With a little care and attention this could be a lovely place to stay, but it was just lacking.

• Michelle (8/5): Convenient stay for the o2 - The flat was really convenient for the O2, the 188 bus runs 24hrs from the main road 2mi.walk from the flat. The flat has a good living room, and well equipped kitchen and the bed was comfortable. And great views from the from door/terrace. Important note: the flat is up 4 flights of stairs with no lift. Unfortunately the shower was only luke warm and the shower head was only as high as my chest which made washing my hair awkward.

• Monette (8/5): Very good - The apartment and location were excellent. I would stay there again. It's a small apartment, but it's lovely, comfortable, and homey. The outdoor seating offers a beautiful view of the river. You need to know that there is no elevator, and the apartment is on the 4th floor. If you have heavy suitcases, that could pose a problem. I had a carry-on size so I was OK, but I had a hip replacement a year prior to this stay. If it had been a fresh surgery, I don't know how I would have gotten up the stairs with my luggage. Another issue is parking. I parked in the spaces provided for the complex. I got a ticket, 65 pounds. There was no signage saying a permit was needed, nor was it mentioned in the description of the accommodation. Having said all that, being aware of both these issues I would stay again.

• Paul (9/5): A lovely flat in a great location. - I had a very good experience. Communication with the owners was clear and timely. The property is clean and homely with some character. The location could not be better for access to Greenwich and the local area: a few steps and you are in the heart of Greenwich, but the accommodation is quiet and calm. I enjoyed spending time standing on the balcony looking out over great views along the Thames and exploring the less touristy parts of the local area. I hope to return soon. The weather swung between hot and cold during my visit, so more instructions about the heating controls would be useful. This was a minor issue for me.

There's no balcony. The foyer at the entrance of the flat is not a balcony and it's not a private area. The biggest problem is that the flat is on the 4th floor and there's no elevator. Good luck if you have heavy luggage!

The hosts left a welcome letter which made us feel very much “at home”. Walkable distance to O2 and right near cozy Greenwich market and Naval college. Plenty of hot water and the use of the washer was a great amenity. Nothing to dislike

The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Bed is comfy, but be prepared for a double!! The pull out sofa bed is very comfy and bigger than the bed. All towels and linen provided. We will definitely stay here again. It is just one tiny thing - would be good to have a lamp in both the bedroom and living room. We are not fans of the big light!

• Christina (10/5): Perfect Greenwich Stay - Everything! It's on the 4th floor so you have a lovely view of canary wharf and the Thames. The location is perfect, right on the edge of the main part of Greenwich. It's very spacious inside and has everything you need, with an added touch of bottled water and a little bottle of prosecco which was lovely! We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Greenwich, and so much more affordable than other places. The walk to the O2 was about 30-40 minutes from here and in the day you can take a more scenic walk along the river. Nothing, we loved it all!

And afterwards we were not able to go out for dinner because the door would not open; same problem in the morning. 2. The toilette is badly clogged (paper does not go through); and sink and tube are also clogged

A personal thing but the bed is a standard double, we are so used to sleeping in a king-size bed, it was really comfortable though.
