• Maria (4/5): - I could say nothing but I will add the location as it is very close to Termin train station (with all the disadvantages like all train stations in every city, the area is low and rough). But in Termin the food market is good and the shops are nice. It is like a mall instead of train station. You can also walk towards the city centre and main attractions. The property is a one star pansion, not a 3 star hotel...the 'reception' and the rooms need renovation. Old furniture, breaks on the door, doggy guests.. rotten bedside tables, a small wardrobe with just one old iron hanger..I didn't feel comfortable and I did wonder initially if it is safe to stay there. In the end I had no problems but expect a very basic accommodation with just a bed. At least I liked the mattress! It is also very noisy from the main road when the widow is open. When it is closed the noise is thankfully shuttle.

• Liliya (1/5): - Era esperienza più terribile durante tutta la mia vita: staff di hotel non ha dato la camera, non è stata aperta la porta, mi ha detto andare via sulla finestra. Finché non è stata chiamata pronto soccorso per causa che è successo avevo i parametri di crisi, dopo hanno chiamato forze dell'ordine non potevo entrare. Forze dell'ordine mi hanno portato in un altra struttura. Avevo grande stress perché sono venuta a prendere la bimba dal aeroporto durante la notte e avevo bisogno avere la camera quale ho presentato in anticipo su booking, avevo dato la carta x garantire. Però la proprietaria Lucia non sa nulla della situazione nella struttura,

• The Game (10/5): - Everything went well. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. Nothing, everything was okay. The windows cut out almost all of the noise but you can hear it a bit during the day

• Dóra (3/5): - Csak egy vékony lepedőt kaptunk takarónak és miután jeleztük, hogy szeretnénk rendes takarót a kettő szobából csak az egyikbe kaptunk, úgy hogy ráadásul a légkondi se működött az egyik szobában, végül a szállásadó bekapcsolta, de utána nem lehetett állítani a hőmérsékletet, így végig 24 fokon maradt. Emellett a szoba plafonja penészes volt és a “saját fürdőszoba” a folyosóról nyílt és mások is használták.

• Buganè (1/5): DA DIMENTICARE - La struttura aveva l’unico pregio di essere ben collegata sia con la stazione Termini che con il centro città. Abbiamo scoperto dopo 2 giorni che eravamo lì che la struttura non era a norma; questa informazione c’è stata fornita dalla Polizia di Stato che ci ha svegliate alle 8 della mattina e intimandoci di fare i bagagli perché dovevamo fare i bagagli e lasciare la struttura poiché veniva chiusa a seguito di un provvedimento del questore.

• Bilal (6/5): Good for solo travellers who like to stay near Roma termini station, not recommended for families - Location was great and owner was helping and provided as much assistance as they can. - There is an option for luggage storage. - Owners tried their best to assist us - lift (elevator) got stuck. Had to lift heavy luggage to floor 01. - Night staff bit rude and lazy, doesnt understand english and keep talking on his phone. - Room has air conditioning but remote was unavailable(lost) - Room was bit stuffy, when we opened the window its very noisy. - Bathroom fittings need upgrade as my kid cant reach the shower as it was too high. - there is a refrigerator in the common area but only works during summer as they said.

• Díaz Ramírez (7/5): - La ubicación es inmejorable, al lado de termini (solo dos paradas al coliseo, conexión de ambas líneas de metro,10/10) como sitio para ir a dormir es perfecto. La habitación la limpiaron todos los días aunque no se cambió ni toallas ni sábanas. No se nos dio recibo de pago, nunca vimos a la dueña y no respondió nunca los mensajes.

• Lorena (3/5): Buena ubicación. - Buena ubicación cerca de estación termini, si quieres algo barato para dormir y estar de paso un día o dos sirve. Había bastante insectos por la habitación, incluso llegamos a encontrarlos en la cama. No está muy insonorizado se escucha todo tipo de ruidos. Quién tenga problemas para dormir no va recomendado.
• Ekim (1/5): - Nothing There was no one at the reception the AC was broke the room was freezing, they said they would fix it by the time we were back, but when we came back almost 10 hours later nothing was fixed and there was no one at the reception, we had to go to lobby to find circut breaker to unplug the AC ourselves. Definitely do not recommend to anyone.

• Aintzane (5/5): Tragicomedia en Roma - La ubicación y había botes grandes de gel y champú Nos dijeron que no podíamos pagar en tarjeta y que teníamos que pagar en efectivo y que encima al decirle que no teníamos tanto dinero en efectivo nos dijo que lo teníamos que sacar por un cajero automático, cuando nos dijeron que se aceptaban ambas formas de pago, tuvimos que peguntar via WhatsApp haber si se podia pagar en tarjeta ya que no podíamos sacar tanto dinero y es entonces cuando si que nos dijo que se podia pagar en tarjeta cuando no nos dieron esa posibilidad días antes. Aparte de eso la cadena del retrete había veces que no funcionaba y al principio no nos dieron toallas. Olía muchísimo a tabaco.

• Єлизавета (6/5): Pleasant - The location is really good: 2 min to Roma Termini, 15 min to Colosseum. Nearby is a great park. Check-in/check out is easy. The receptionist is very friendly, she even recommended us some great places to eat out. The room and bathroom were dirty, we even saw 2 cockroaches. I understand that is quite cheap option for Rome and I did not expect some extraordinary interior or sth, but the place could be cleaner.

• Igor (5/5): Passable - LOCATION There are two flats rented by rooms. First two days we were in the one which is rented to "locals" who live there. Other inhabitants were drinking and smoking every day and night at kitchen, listening the music on bluetooth speaker and shouting. The whole flat was smoking of cigarettes and weed sometimes. After that "carnival" we did ask to move us to other room in next flat on the same floor which was much better and can be considered as place to stay while you in Rome on holidays.

A comfortable large double bed. Could have been quieter during the night - other guests (lots of males) were very noisy. The bathroom was very small and could have been better quality.

The management just said "Switch the temperature to 21c, then it should work." Well, it didn't, the machine just gave an error code. So the second night was a struggle to sleep in August heat.

• Francis (8/5): Very good - The receptionist was so lovely to me and my son. Always meet us with a smile. The location was ideal only a few minutes walk from the train station and colosseum. Rooms were basic but had everything you needed and great value for money.

You need to wait 5 minutes to get it warm and 2 hours to was your body with that less water. Overrated place. Not deserved that money.
• Inês (4/5): Disappointing - We spent a night in this apartment, which was conveniently close to the train station. The host Viktor was very nice to us. Despite the negative reviews towards the noise, we found the street to be quiet during the night and had no trouble sleeping. The bed is comfortable. However, there were a few problems. We felt like it lacks privacy. Our room was directly in front of the table in which our host works at the whole day. We are separated from the hall by a thin wooden door, with bad isolation. We could hear him and the guests talking right outside our door in the morning. The room desperately needs a renovation. It’s old, the walls are dirty, the furniture is spent as you can see in the pictures. It was also not very clean. The bathroom was the worst part - it is not even on the official photos on booking, understandably. It’s very small, moldy, the door is badly adapted. I understand Rome’s accommodations are overall expensive, but I don’t think the pricing is fair considering everything.
• Klyne (3/5): Holiday in Rome - The accommodation was close to Roma Termini station. Access was safe and secure. Konrad was very helpful with information and maps. He gave us a warm welcome and introduced us to the room. The room was cleaned daily and the beds were made. The towels were changed twice during our 5-day stay. Konrad provided a pedestal fan on request as the air conditioner was not working. The air conditioner was not working. The water pressure was poor and it took about 8 minutes for the hot water to come through. The mirror in the bathroom needs to be replaced as the silver backing of the mirror was worn out in places and not suitable. The WC flushing system was poor. The lift did not work on the last two days of our 5-day stay. So it was inconvenient for us to carry our luggage down the stairs.

It had a private bathroom and a small wardrobe that hardly fit our clothes - The hotel was very close to the train station, only 5 minutes walk. The host Viktor was the nicest guy ever! The area seemed a bit sketchy with lots of homeless people but it was safe anyway.

On the last day, he took us to the station with her car so that we would not miss our train. Additionally, I left my bag in his car and he came back and brought my bag, he rushed us to our train carrying our luggage. We are grateful to him, thank you for everything. I hope we meet again the best Italian Man 🇮🇹

The restroom was outside the room, and even it was comunicated to us that it was a private restroom, it has been used also by other guest.

• Matthew (7/5): Clean and comfortable near main train station. - Good location near the main train station. Comfortable and clean room with good air conditioning. Took a litttle while for the shower to heat up. Also not the closest to tourist attractions if walking.

• Elvis (5/5): Superior double room - Close to Termini station . A walking distance away from most of tourist attractions. It didn't feel completely safe. Bed was very uncomfortable definately needs change. Room doors didn't close properly if i would push slightly harder i could easily break in and it looked like someone broke into superior double room awhile back. Also it was quite noisy from the strets and from inside. At night time light was schining in from the hallway due to bad doors.
