- Shirel (3/5): לקחתי את הדירה במחיר זול, ולקחתי בחשבון מראש את הביקורות הפחות טובות והציון הנמוך.לכן, לא התאכזבתי…ידעתי לצפות מראש - מיקום מעולה לנסיעה כחצי שעה מבוורלי הילס כחצי שעה מיוניברסל סטודיוס הוליווד. 15-20 דקות לשדרות הכוכבים השכונה שקטה, נעימה ובטוחה. הדירה חמודה, ויש חניה פרטית , רציתי לשתף במספר נקודות שחווינו במהלך השהות: - במטבח יש ריח לא נעים, ואשתי לא מצליחה לבשל שם. - המזרן בחדר ההורים בסדר גמור, אך המיטה הזוגית בחדר הילדים לא נוחה כלל – הילדים התקשו לישון והתלוננו. - קיבלתי שלושה מספרי טלפון דרך בוקינג, שלחתי לכולם הודעה בווטסאפ עם בקשה קטנה, אך לא קיבלתי מענה עד עכשיו. - באמבטיה אין מזלף למקלחת, רק ניתן להתקלח בעמידה בלבד. - באחד החדרים אין מזגן, בשאר החדרים המזגנים מיושנים מאוד. - באחד השקעים יש חשיפה מסוכנת – דבר שמדאיג במיוחד כשיש ילדים קטנים. לסיכום, נראה שבעלת הדירה לא משקיעה בתחזוקה ולא זמינה לשירות האורחים. אנחנו ניסינו להסתדר, אבל חשוב לנו שתדעו
- Eric (1/5): Not a good experience - There are exposed electrical outlets, shower and tub fasteners that are loose and exposed the plumbing, there was no hot water for the shower or bath. The bath faucet had brown water come out. The locks on the kitchen door and sliding door are flimsy and not very secure.
