Finde den Preis für die Ausstattung etwas zu hoch. - Der Empfang war super. 10 min. vor Ankunft eine WhatsApp gesendet und die nette Dame hat vor der Tür mit dem Schlüssel gewartet. Kommunikation erfolgte auf Englisch. 2 Packungen Schokokekse waren bereitgestellt. Sehr schöne Geste. Instantkaffee und Tee ist vorhanden. Super und vor allem sichere Lage insbesondere für Familien. Wir fühlten uns auf Anhieb wohl in der Gegend. Einige Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Eine Bäckerei gleich nebenan. Metro 5-6min zu Fuß erreichbar. Einfach bei GoogleMaps - Zara M1 M3- eingeben. Von da aus ist es super die Stadt bzw. fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Leider war das Zimmer staubig. Mir kam es vor, als ob das Zimmer nach dem verlassen gereinigt und bis zum nächsten Gast nichts mehr gemacht wird. Hätte mir gewünscht, dass vor der Ankunft noch mal alles durchgewischt wird, dann wäre auch der erste Eindruck besser. Parken ist etwas schwierig. Es gibt blaue und gelbe Linien. Blau ist kostenpflichtig über die App EasyPark. Da ich die nicht benutzt habe, kann ich nichts über die Kosten sagen. Gelbe Linie ist für Anwohner und Personen mit Berechtigung. Sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles vor allem die Wasserleitungen. Klimaanlage ist laut.

La casa è carina al piano terreno, abbastanza silenziosa e vicina a strada di locali, nel caso la sera uno volesse andare a cena fuori ha diverse scelte. L'organizzazione del bagno, il quale è molto grande.

• Iron (8/5): super friendly hosts, clean apt in residential non-touristy area - friendly hosts, quick response, nice non-touristy neighborhood, clean and well-kept facilities, host let us keep our bags in her basement storage on day we left, host had bought milk, cookies and beer for us, which was very nice and thoughtful. a bit far from public transportation, not a ton of cafes and restaurants nearby

Host was very kind and helpful The apartment had 2 sofas and 2 mattresses placed on the floor to sleep, so they were not so much comfortable.
