• Guest (8/5): - Really nice house and the host was really nice and helpful. Everything was clean and looked after. The only negative thing is the stairs to go up to the apartment. If you have a large suitcase it can be kind of challenging to go up but other than that everything was really nice!

• Guest (7/5): Fabulous location, cool (in temperature too!) apartment! - Location fantastic - right opposite one of the most authentic bars in Malaga! Short walking distance of anywhere and lovely historic city location. Air con was AMAZING! Door was a bit sticky (both the entrance door and the door to apartment) - apartment could have been labelled a bit more clearly. Shutters on windows should be able to be fully shut - it wasnt too much of a problem, but would have preferred if it was possible.

• Iñigo (7/5): Good - Location is great and the room is good quality. Kitchen is fully equipped with all things. Even including a bit of olive oil, which is a smart gesture. Very responsive staff. AC was not working. We kept in touch with the staff (very friendly) but tunfortunately, for a 2 day trip we were in and out the flat so tlnot possible to plan it.Is good to check the AC before renting it, considering it is malaga in summer. If AC works, it is a very good place. Pillows not very confortable, too soft.
• Holly (10/5): What a great place! Host extremely polite and responsive, Would 100% recommend! - Very close to nice local bars and close to the centre of all the good restaurants! We sat on the balcony on our last night just people watching which was lovely after a mad holiday! The huge ceilings make it feel like a large space to chill out even if you need a day off exploring, the air con was fantastic as it was 32 degrees outside, nice touch having a few toiletries in the bathroom too as we had travelled from Valencia, then Madrid then Malaga was the next stop so we didn’t have to go straight out to the shop which was nice! She had provided a hairdryer too which was good and we did use the washing machine and she had provided detergent too, little things like that are nice and meant we took home practically all clean clothes, the tall shutters stop the light coming in so nice slow mornings were had (and needed) as it was nice and dark. She also sent us a list of restaurants on the day we were arriving which is really kind! Thanks very much will probably book again! X It was lovely, the noise was a little crazy a few mornings but people need to go about their business so understandable :)
• Soroush (7/5): Good - The location is perfect. Right next to the old town. Walkable to everywhere. Easy access to the public transportation. Easy access for taxi. Right next to a public parking. The unit is on the second floor with a narrow staircase. The sheets in the apartment felt and looked old.

• R (9/5): Perfect host in a central location - Location perfect - so central, great places to eat, easy to walk to others. Place is beautiful for a short break, spacious studio with large windows, and tastefully done up. Clean. Supermarket nearby, taxi, luggage storage and good bookshops on doorstep. Small touches like salt, pepper, oil - and replacement bags for the bins, thoughtful. Impressed and appreciated superbly responsive hosts. I didn't know her name - but thank you Monica. This is not a complaint about the place but an acknowledgement that I should have asked. Two flights up steep steps- not a problem if you don't have a lot of bags or if you are fit! I don't remember if there was a kettle, but there was a working coffee maker.

Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby as well as two nearby supermarkets and others not far away. An electric kettle would be nice for us British tea drinkers, though boiling water on the stove was fine.

• Felipe (9/5): Lovely studio apartment - Charming studio apartment in an excellent location, very close to Málaga city centre. The apartment has a nice decoration and all amenities, as well as a kitchen with all the expected appliances. We had a problem with the hot water, but the host resolved everything.

• Jane (8/5): Lovely comfortable stay. - Very clean and comfortable in a really good location. The bed was great, it was good to have a coffee maker and a lovely shower. It was easy to access when we arrived and the instructions were clear. The lighting was extremely dim, especially by the bed making it impossible to read. A bed-side lamp would have helped. There was no tea towel or anywhere to dry the dishes. This was a minor problem, but would have really helped.

Lovely base in a busy area of town, ideal to nip back for a siesta. The apt had great decor and had everything we needed for a great 3 day city break. Many thanks! Would be even better with brighter bedside lamps/lights.

• Iana (10/5): Exceptional - We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. You can feel the care from the owner, because the room had all the necessary items - an iron, a hairdryer, dishes. There was even a hair conditioner and sanitary products for women. A very beautiful view from the window. Large windows that open. And overall a great location. There is a grocery store in the neighboring building. We were very satisfied with the room

• Michael (8/5): Very good - Great location. Very clean and good facilities. It's a bit smaller than the photos suggest and the lighting next to the bed was too dim to read by. The location pin on Booking.com is in completely the wrong location about 300m away, although the address was correct. The door off the street had no name plate or number, although the host did send a photo of it via WhatsApp to confirm.

• Daninyuta (9/5): Very nice & cozy - This is a wonderful, cozy apartment with a beautiful view of one of the streets of the old city. Everything in it is made with great love. It is clear that the owner cared not only about the amenities, but also about the beauty of the home. There are several supermarkets and several cafes near the apartment - it is very convenient. But there are no restaurants under the windows, and you can sleep peacefully at night. There were a few small bugs and one strange incident. Minor shortcomings: 1. the toaster does not work, but nobody warned us about this; 2. the washing machine does not wash on all programs, on some it only makes a terrible noise and scares everyone around, nobody said about it either; 3. There are no ordinary knives in the kitchen, only dessert ones. This is inconvenient; 4. There is no shelf in the shower; it is unclear where to put shampoo, gel, toothbrush and toothpaste. Now about the unpleasant incident. The day before departure, Monica (?) suddenly wrote to me and said that I should leave 25 € on the table for cleaning. There is not a word about this anywhere in my booking or on the apartments page on Booking. I was very surprised and asked to send confirmation of this requirement. She sent me a screenshot of an unknown site, but, however, they immediately assured me that if I didn’t want to pay, I didn’t have to do it. I’m glad that the problem was resolved this way, but I still have the feeling that smb just wanted to scam me out of money. I hope this is an isolated incident and will not happen to anyone else. Or the owners will add the requirement for 25 € in cash for cleaning to the list of mandatory paid services, so that it will be visible even before booking.
