• Wolfgang (9/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und nett. Das Hotel war ca. 2 Minuten von der nächsten U-Bahn Station entfernt. Ich hab's definitiv nicht bereuht hier abgestiegen zu sein und würde es wieder tun. Das Bad hat keinen Duschvorhang.

• Adéla (8/5): Nice small apartment - - It was great to use the washing machine to do laundry during our longer stay in Japan. - Enjoyed the balcony. - It was great to have a relatively bigger place to stay, compared to the standardly small Japanese hotel rooms. - Just 15 min walk away from great shopping in Namba. - Close to metro. - The pillows were uncomfortable, and the beds were very small, we didn't get great sleep here. - There were also no chairs and dining table, only an uncomfortable couch and very small coffee table, so eating together was not comfortable. - The restaurant across the street produced strong smoke, so we couldn't use the balcony that night.
• MIN (9/5): - It is very clean, spacious and good location as it is close Midosuji line ( Daikokucho station) to go to city center and also close to shin Imamiya station for airport access. I booked more than a month in advance to get a better price. However, when I checked later, the price was much cheaper — about 7,000 yen for 2 nights. I felt disappointed because a price adjustment or refund was not possible.

Room is wide enough to open 2x luggages. The key chain stuck in the key box, and we don't know how to address the problem. Using a big steel bar as key chain while the key box already small, could be improved.

• Brandon (6/5): Big space just wished it was a little more clean - The amount of size of the room and bed No one on site to assist with issues. We were looking for items for the room like qutips and Razors but they were always out of it. Werid stains on bedding and flooring.
• Samantha (8/5): It was a lovely place to stay and location was just far away from tourist spots to be quiet and not busy, but very easy - Location was great, easy access to train station, easy to travel to tourist spots like Dotonbori and Tsutenkaku etc. It was a clean and neat property. The room was small but this appears to be the norm for accommodation in Japan. Also the checking in online was a little tricky as no staff available to help in person, but was able to gain some help via messenger.

• Nicholas (9/5): Great location and comfortable space. - Location was great and instructions to access the room were easy to follow. Amenities such as towels and other toiletries were free to take on the 1st floor. Space was alright too. No room service to clean the rooms.

Internet permanently dropped out on the TV so we couldn’t use Netflix of a night for 4 nights in a row when we felt like unwinding. Sensor light at front door kept turning on in middle of night.
• Jannis (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Sehr neues Apartment. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und kleine Küche vorhanden. Es gibt im Haus kein Personal, aber die Kommunikation zum Check-in war reibungslos.
