Claire (3/5): Nice property ruined by lack of cleaning and maintenance. - Very good location, apartment large. Could have been excellent. Flat was filthy. Cupboards full of bedding and cleaning materials. Flooring is damaged. Sofa armrest falls off if you touch it. Decoration is tired, dirty and chipped. Kitchen cabinet doors - some broken. Handle on tumble dryer missing so you would not be able to use it if staying for a long period. This property needs decorating and maintaining, including a deep clean. The sofa needs replacing. (one of our party sat down, leant on it (gently) and fell sideways off the sofa as it was just placed upright, they could have been injured more than a few bruises).
