• Elisa (9/5): - Das große Appartement hat alles, was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist viel wert - bis etwa 10.30 Uhr kann man draußen wunderbar schattig frühstücken (oder in kälteren Jahreszeiten die Sonne danach sicher vollends genießen). Die Lage ist top, etwa 25 Minuten zum Colosseum. Auf der Ecke befindet sich ein Restaurant mit der besten Pinsa, die wir in Rom gegessen haben. :) Zudem gibt's einen Supermarkt und einen Bäcker um die Ecke. Tolle Bus-, Metro- und Tramverbindungen. Zum Hauptbahnhof Termini kann man ca 20/25 Minuten laufen oder um die Ecke den Bus oder 10 Minuten entfernt die Metro nehmen. Es ist vielleicht nicht das stylischste oder gemütlichste Apartment, aber wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen.

• Martin (8/5): A nice budget base for a relaxing holiday in Rome - quiet, secluded and safe - Although the apartment block is surrounded by tall buildings (there is no romantic view), the best feature of the apartment is a large sun balcony outside the main living room, which catches the sun between 11:00am to about 4:30pm. The heating works quickly and well, for the cooler evenings. Brits may get a bit confused by the number of recycle bins that need to be managed, but the municipal bins are just down the road and after emptying the rubbish for the first time, it is easy to understand. There was a code for the outside door and a key-safe box outside the apartment. The friendly owner was readily accessible by text message and his instructions were helpful and easy to follow. The mattress on the bed dipped in the middle so we were always falling towards each other. Apart from that, no other complaints.
• Yurtaev (8/5): Very good choice to stay in Rome. - Excellent location: - calm place with all necessary facilities (pastry, restaurant, supermarket ) just around - easy to reach to a tram, metro, bus - perfect huge terrace with table and chairs for a nice evening chill after a daytime city exploration All what is needed for stay is available in apartment: iron, kitchen, washing machine, AC, coffee machine and etc... Host was very welcome answering all requests in time. Some improvements can be done in terms of the bedsheets (we got used to an Ikea style ones where they are fixed under the mattress and not got messed during the night) and comforter cover.

• Szilvia (10/5): Great accommodation, nice staff. Excellent value for money. - Wonderful accommodation, even better than in the pictures, kind, helpful staff, smooth administration and check-in. The accommodation is located in a beautiful location, with shops, bistros, bakeries, restaurants, a bus stop and a nearby metro stop nearby.

• Sergey (9/5): I will definitely consider this apartment for the next stay in Rome - Comfortable and spacious apartment, good location, nice neighborhood, walking distance metro, the Colosseum and Termini are around 20 min waking, which is good in that nice neighborhood. Nice and helpful communication with the hosts. Easy and comfortable check-in. We had a good stay there! A microwave oven and some average knives might be quite helpful to slice and warm up a quick meal during our stay
