• Scott (4/5): After an 8hr drive, I was met with avoidable challenges accessing the property which unfortunately soured my experience. - The apartment had great views of the water and access to the beach. The lady I spoke to in the office in Nelson Bay was lovely and very helpful. Difficult to locate the property as its address showed a pin in a different location. No instructions to locate the unit or corresponding car park. A diagram or some photos of the actual property would have made access significantly easier. It took 45min from when I called the support number to have someone local contact me back and we had since found the property by door knocking and trying keys. Beds weren’t made. Key collection was a 17min drive from the property and would have been far simpler process if either a lock box or keypad was used instead. Upon arrival, all cushions on the lounge (including the ones you sit on) were stacked around the coffee table.
• Karen (8/5): Absolutely stunning views. Left feeling very relaxed. - Absolutely the view. Which is sole reason for choosing to stay here. We spent all day outside, walking along water, and taking in the peacefulness. We knew unit was an older style when we booked. Everything in the photos were correct just some furniture had been moved around but otherwise the same. Unit had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. There were few details that was mentioned to the property manager when they rang to see everything was ok, so we discussed them and was told would pass feedback on.Non were major issues. The stairs , ground floor unit but advertising didn’t mention stairs down to the property.
• Simon (1/5): This reservations company (Port Stephens Accommodation) and the property owner ruined my holiday - Location fantastic Key collection is 11 kilometres from property (to collect and return); property was filthy dirty upon check in; resolution process was difficult as reservations centre is off shore, booking.com is off shore and property manager has no power to make changes or resolve problems; it took me 4 hours to resolve and I lost an afternoon of regatta preparation and had to cancel a training session which cost me $200.00!!!!! In essence the property is nothing like the images advertised, was not clean, requires maintenance and a renovation to make it acceptable as an accommodation for rent.

• Jade (9/5): Peaceful and relaxing! - The unit itself was basic but the location was breathtaking. We spent our whole time on the beach there. We can’t wait to go back! The trundle matteress is filthy so needs to be replaced.
