• Juana Rosa (6/5): NEFASTA ESTANCIA - La vivienda es una planta sótano pero es amplia 1) El acceso a la plata sótano subterránea es bastante complicado con bebé carrito maletas grandes, escaleras bastante empinadas. 2) SOLICITE REITERADAMENTE QUE TUVIERAN CUNA MONTADA PARA BEBÉ PERO…. A PESAR DE CONFIRMARLO NUNCA ESTUVO PREPARADA Y TUVE QUE BUSCARLA Y LA ENCONTRÉ SIN COLCHON Y DESMONTADA EN EL CUARTO DE LA LAVADORA. Horrible la atención recibida y un fastidio pasar todas las noches con la bebé en la cama de matrimonio con lo que supone para su descanso y el nuestro. Inexplicablemente tenían cuna y no la prepararon 3) BASTANTE ALEJADO DEL CENTRO DE ZÚRICH

• Alison (9/5): Great base to explore beautiful Switzerland for groups or families. - Really spacious- perfect for our family of 5 to spread out and have some space! It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Large kitchen and seperate dining and lounge area. Right next to a train station (in fact you can see it down below!) we had a car though and used the apartment as a base to explore Zürich and surrounds.
• Roselaine (10/5): Ótima estadia com custo benefício - Casa muito bem equipada muito aconchegante ela fica a 40 minutos de Zurique pra nós não foi problema e também passa uma estação de trem a 3 minutos da casa tinha tudo que precisávamos. As máquinas de lavar forma muito úteis pra nós . Estava tudo perfeito

• Rymma (3/5): unverantwortlich - Ich musste nicht übernachten, da zwei Familien gleichzeitig bezahlt haben. Das Geld wurde noch nicht zurückerstattet. Ich warte seit 2 Tagen.
• Mustafa (1/5): KESİNLİKLE UZAK DURUN!!! - Maalesef burayı kiralayıp ödemeyi yaptığımız halde eve giremedik, çünkü anahtar kutusunda anahtar yoktu ve evin önünde başka arabalar park etmiş haldeydi. Biz gecenin bir vakti kapıda kaldık. Ev sahibini defalarca verilen telefon numarasından aradık ulaşamadık. En sonunda kısaca açtı ve “Ben yatıyorum ilgilenemem” diyerek telefonu kapattı. Defalarca Booking üzerinden mail yazıp ödmeyiöiade talebinde bulunmama rağmen maalesef paramı da iade etmedi! DÜRÜST OLDUĞUNU DÜŞÜNMÜYORUM!
• Ali (1/5): Bad - Nothing really The apartment is located in the basement, and the staircase leading to it is extremely narrow and poses a safety risk, particularly for children and elderly guests. I booked this apartment for a one-night rest stop on my way from Zurich to Interlaken. Although I arrived late at 2:00 AM, there should have been sufficient time to prepare the apartment for the next guest. Unfortunately, I was shocked to find the apartment in a very poor and unacceptable condition. It had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests, who I assume were a large group based on the amount of trash and the extreme mess left behind. The apartment smelled terrible due to uncovered garbage left in the kitchen, and the pillows and bedding were all dirty and unusable. I immediately called Mr. Mahmoud upon entering the apartment, but he did not answer and sent me to voicemail—even though he had picked up my call just five minutes earlier when I called to confirm the address. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful, especially after a long day of travel. I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking this property.
