- Sharon (8/5): A great stay in a comfortable house. Stunning veranda out the back. Spacious gardens. Close to town. Clean and welcoming - Location. Parking. Kitchen. Provisions of food supplied. Gardens. TV was not a smart tv. Poor signal.
- Heidi (5/5): - Bread and milk were good, everything was there. Close to town. The garden was very overgrown, we had ppl through the house during our stay, the couch need replacing.
- Toome (8/5): Excellent location. Clean and tidy house for three people, each in own room. - Pretty basic. Peanut butter nearly empty. Bought new jar for next guest.
- Joanne (10/5): Very comfortable - Loved sitting out the back in the afternoon and looking at the large range of birds and even an Echidna Grass in back yard was so long was a bit concerned about possible snakes for our small dog
- roe (9/5): Excellent location for our purposes. - Location and size Faulty lock on rear door
PIN number for key box and some rules re house were not received, had to contact owner overseas, lack of info from Booking. Com .

- Brian (8/5): Great place to stay. - The property was very good and as described. Excellent location and a good kitchen and it was generously stocked with all of the essentials which was very nice. Some of the furniture was a bit tired, mainly the couch in the TV room.
- jan (9/5): Great place for family stay. Well catered for and great location. - Clean, comfortable well catered for in all aspects of heating, linen, towels etc.
Easy access to town centre. Only one bathroom/ toilet

- Laurie (10/5): Great, clean and everything you could want. - Great property to stay at. Very close to town. Great walking tracks at your door. There were basic grocery items. Clean towels. Laundry facilities as well. Highly recommend this property for anyone. Nothing to dis like.
- Paula (10/5): - What a fantastic place. It was very homely and had all that you could need. A great fireplace that kept the house lovely and warm. Comfortable beds with electric blankets 😌 and a great kitchen. Nothing
- Melinda (8/5): - Great location
- Chamberlain (8/5): We were very satisfied. Warm and cosy with lots of space and a BBQ. - We loved the log burner. Thanks for leaving the breakfast food and the coffee and tea. Bathroom was a bit cold.
- Bodiyabaduge (10/5): Exceptional - There were variety of breakfast items available for us. So it was very convenient for us. We used eggs, milk, bread, coffee and tea. We liked everything in the property and surroundings.
- J (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (10/5): Bike tracks are ACE!!!!! Had the best time - Little bits and peices in the fridge and pantry. Need a fence for dog security.
- Angela (8/5): I t suited us as our friends as they wanted to see Yackandandah & Beechworth - Well stocked pantry, good work bench. With a great array of saucepans Toilet not separate
- A (8/5): Great Yack House - Comfortable, convenient, pet friendly. Television appears to have no internet connectivity, despite the house having good internet. Having access to (free) 7plus, 10play, 9now, ABC iview & SBS On Demand via the TV would have been great.
- Kirsten (10/5): Everything we needed for a short stay - Everything, it was great on the inside. The property did not look like it’s pictured from the front. It looked a little creepy, and like a waste land.
I didn’t even recognise it
- Helen (7/5): Good - Very nice home with easy access, parking and everything we needed for our short stay.
- Vines (10/5): So comfortable and spacious - Air conditioning on a hot evening. Out door verandah. Fantastic kitchen Nothing
- Tawannapat (9/5): Superb -
- Steven (8/5): Very good - well supplied with the small things spiders. and poor cell reception. the wifi was cell based.

- Ian (9/5): Relaxing - Lovely garden. Located closely to Main Street. Comfortable beds.
- Michelle (9/5): Superb - Such a fabulous spot, great, well appointed house. Fireplace was amazing! Perfect for the family. There was no closable fence for the dogs so we had to keep a close eye on them/ couldn't leave them outside overnight.
- Peter (10/5): Tranquility and warmth. - The wood burning stove and the peace and quiet. Neighbours dogs barking.
- Roberts (9/5): Superb -
- Elizabeth (9/5): Great kitchen, space to unwind. - The provision of fresh milk, fresh bread, butter, eggs and breakfast cereals was much appreciated.
Sitting on the back verandah in the morning sunshine to eat breakfast and appreciating the garden was most relaxing.
- Patricia (8/5): Very good -
- Gordon (10/5): Ideal location for family, short walk to town centre. - Spacious. Good location. Good kitchen. Private
- Michael (9/5): We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house, our welcome from the person that looks after the house and the - The welcome
Proximity to town
Cleanliness of the house
The house has a well stocked pantry Nothing
- Natalina (9/5): Tranquil and safe. - Excellent variety for breakfast and the location was all within walking distance.
- Judith (6/5): A pleasant weekend - Lovely gardens, well stocked pantry, good location Only one bathroom, wasps
- Byers (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place with beautiful garden only a short walk into town. House had stone floors and wide verandah so kept cool on hot days. We only had to use the Aircon once or twice. One bed was on castors and tended to move about even though we tried to anchor it. This bed also had a very spongy mattress. It would have been good to have the loo separate from the shower as only one bathroom in the property.
- Jason (5/5): Not three bathrooms as Booking.com advertisement suggests. There is only one bathroom. - Beautiful gardens and Yackandandah was a lovely town. Booking.com has this house listed as having three bathrooms but there is only one. Please update the advertisement so it's accurate and not misleading to future guests. Also the back deck/pergola area has a lot of wasps and bees, please see the photos I took of the wasp nests in the frame of one of the sliding doors. I think some action is needed to control.
- Rosalie (9/5): Comfortable atmosphere that made you relax and enjoy your stay - Felt very comfortable and home like atmosphere Nil
- Simone (9/5): Superb -
- Gregory (8/5): Very good - Plenty of room, close to town, fabulous assortment of breakfast food, tea and coffee, comfortable beds, good shower, good TV, good internet. In short this stay was a delight in every respect. Nothing
- Nonet (9/5): Great - very relaxing. - Location was excellent as east walk to town and walking tracks
- Michelle (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Nikki (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (10/5): a private and eclectic little house that is clearly loved! - had absolutely everything we needed plus the little extra touches like flowers and fresh eggs was wonderful.
- Marta (8/5): Loved the house and the area, would love to return at a different time of the year. - The location was perfect, close to town, shops, restaurants and leisure. The house was spotlessly clean and warm, with a beautiful garden and a magnificent view of the mountains. The facilities were far more than I expected, with a good supply and variety of basic breakfast provisions. Nothing at all. It was all great.
- Linda (9/5): Superb -
