- Gail (4/5): - Location Poor followup by Staycay the property managers regarding several issues.
No access to pool for 5days as key did not work we ended up resolving this ourselves buying lubricant for key and gate lock.
TV access dropped out day 5 and even after several emails and advising the issue was with the antenna Staycay kept using the rote responses and finally when it was too late to do anything about it they advised the issue was now in a queue with a 4day waiting response. Laughable!!
Dryer would keep stopping as the vibration meant the latch would loosen and you would have to keep going back every few minutes to restart it.
Door on laundry sink fell off, hubby fixed it.
Ensuite toilet seat fell off, hubby fixed it.
Upon departure, when we pulled the beds out to check nothing had fallen under, it was clear this is not done by cleaners as god knows when under beds and along walls had been vaccumed.
Lounge room floor mat seriously dangerous as a slip hazard. Rocking chair needs to be dumped as it's a seating hazard on this mat and really uncomfortable sitting on a poorly padded slat based frame.
Staycay... When a client contacts you and several people respond PLEASE train them to read all the previous correspondence before providing with their own response as it was clearly evident noone does this and therefore only respond to the last message they have read.
So ultimately Location was the only thing this place has going for it until someone does some basic maintenance on it.

Comfort of living room very acceptable pillows in bedrooms were low and lacked firmness. Kitchen knives need sharpening. The toilet seat in the main bedroom ensuite was unsuitable and needs replacing

- Foo (7/5): - Good Location, spacious place and good wifi. To get the key and actual carpark were from different entrance. Need to detour a big round about to get to the carpark entrance. The carpark basement was super narrow every corner and very hard to find the carpark unit.
- Christine (7/5): It was good for a short stay but quantifies of supplies (eg beverages) was insufficient. - Security was a plus point As there was only 1 key, it was difficult for 4 of us - needed to plan n coordinate our movements.
- Janet (6/5): Served it's purpose but I wouldn't stay there again - Didn't have breakfast. Location good Booked 2bed/2bath to enable two couples to get ready at same time but water pressure was so low only one shower could be used at a time.
Carport was horrible but not under your control
Maintenance is required through the property I.e. patio door needs new rollers which made it hard to open. Rust in grout of bathrooms.
General cleanliness was ok but other areas that people don't clean daily needs attention.

- Wilhelm (9/5): The property was conveniently located within the walking distance of the city and train station. - Initially I was treatened with cancelation if I do not pay the deposit 7 days in advance. Then the deposit was only refunded 2 weeks later after I had to call them.
- Olivia (3/5): Very average! - The location was good, close to the city quite central and nice walking tracks and nice scenery. The apartment was very outdated and needs a lot of work done to it. Bit stingy with the basic necessity's (coffee pods, toilet paper) we stayed for 7 nights and was only supplied with 4 rolls of toilet paper and 4 coffee pods - and then when we asked for more supplies was basically told that we are only provided with a "so called starter pack" and then when you run out we had to purchase extra supplies ourselves (but because we complained a little they supplied 3 extra rolls of toilet paper and a couple more pods!!)..really poor customer service! Didn't even get basic condiments no milk, water, butter, jam etc....
Also tv was over 20 years old couldn't watch netflix as it was not a smart TV air-conditioner also needs updating its as old as the TV and needs a thorough clean as well the vents in the bathrooms and there was rust on the floor tiles in the main bathroom which tells me that there is a water leak somewhere.
The sliding door was quite wonky and the fly screen needs replacing as there was a massive hole on the bottom and on the right hand side.
It was also very hard to get in contact with the owner at times, I just can't understand why such a huge apartment block wouldn't have a main reception area with some there at all times! Completely baffling. Even the car park needs a makeover so bigger cars can fit! Was really hard to fit our hire car which was only an SUV!!
For the amount I paid almost $1,800 I expected a lot better!
Won't be back again complete rip off!!
- Mike (7/5): All in all we enjoyed the Apartment, locality and we would likely stay again - Locality. Was an easy walk to the CBD and to Elizabeth Station & Quay and Kings Park. Oven wasn’t working, Property Manager has sorted an Air Fryer, not quite the same as an oven. Suggest getting rid of one of the tables and getting a two seater lounge suite. The lounge suite in the unit doesn’t accommodate four people.

The environment is quiet and no noise. 1) Only one aircond in the living room and no aircond in the both bed room, it is so hot and imposible to sleep in the bed room especially in summer time and owner only provide one small fan. 2) please replace the mini hair dryer to bigger one 3) please use the quilt cover for blanket and not 2 piece of bedsheet in between blanket. 3) Photos to show location where to dispose bin for the rubbish
