• Yulia (7/5): - I stayed at this hotel for three nights and chose it based on its outstanding reviews – mainly on Google Maps and here on Booking.com. I can confidently say that most of those reviews are absolutely accurate. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Athens, and everything – from the photos to the description – matched my experience perfectly. The room itself was beautifully designed, spotless, and very well equipped, even including a small kitchenette. As someone who appreciates good coffee first thing in the morning, I especially liked the in-room setup. Breakfast was another highlight and a big reason I booked this hotel. It truly lives up to the hype: à la carte, generous portions, and very high quality. Definitely one of the standout features of the stay. The staff were also fantastic – friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Service throughout my stay was impeccable. However, there is one major downside that significantly affected my experience: the lack of soundproofing. Despite having the windows and doors fully closed, noise from both inside the hotel (corridors) and outside (street traffic, motorbikes, crowds) was very noticeable. Due to the central location and what seemed like a particularly busy period (albeit middle of the week), the noise continued late into the night. While the hotel does provide earplugs, they are not a real solution – especially if you’re not used to them. Unfortunately, I had disturbed sleep for most of my stay and woke up several times each night. Considering that a good night’s sleep is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, this was a significant drawback. Another small but important point: the pillows were very firm and overly “inflated”, which made them uncomfortable and contributed to neck pain in the morning. Overall, this hotel does so many things right – location, design, cleanliness, breakfast, and service are all top-tier. But for me, the sleep quality is a dealbreaker. Unless soundproofing is improved, I would likely choose a different place on my next visit. If the management takes one suggestion from this review, it would be to invest in better soundproofing and reconsider the pillow options – these two factors would make an otherwise excellent hotel truly exceptional.

• Nicole (10/5): Exceptional rooms, front desk hospitality, location & breakfast! - The interior design is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and are impeccably clean. They’ve thought of everything you need in a room and it’s here. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and above and beyond hotel breakfast. Best of all, the front desk staff are the nicest, most helpful, friendly and patient people. The hallways are a bit dark but that doesn’t take away from anything the hotel offers.

Close enough to walk to most of the famous sites as well as the metro or bus, but just outside of the heavily touristed Plaka. Staff were welcoming and personable. When I arrived the Taxi's were on strike. It took me 4 hours (bus, metro and walking) to get from the airport to the hotel. It was not clear whom to call if I did not arrive before 10 pm. After my arrival, I was aware of an after hours number.

As soon as we closed the windows it was silent. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, but a bit inflexible. You have three categories and have to take one thing from each. If you want to skip the food and just have a second coffee, then you have to pay.

The location is absolutely unbeatable—situated perfectly between Syntagma and Monastiraki, making every major site walkable within minutes. The street (Miltiadou) is lively yet not overwhelming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They were incredibly helpful, polite, and responsive to my needs. My room (Superior Studio) was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a great start to the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a central, comfortable, and high-quality stay in Athens. I will definitely come back!
