• Andrew (8/5): Well located comfortable apartment 20 minutes from St Marks Square,. - Comfortable beds. We'll stocked kitchen and dishwasher. Good check in, earlier than normally allowed due to flight times. Mosquitoes in the apartment. As a pair we had around 50 bites. And on 2 occasions brickwork found on floor overnight, no idea why.

• Kirsten (10/5): Exceptional - Great updated apartment. I had to pay 50 euro extra to checkin on weekend. It should have added this in at the booking time. I missed reading it under “important “ information and didn’t find out till they emailed the confirmation and it was too late to change. Also they asked for the cleaning fee in cash upon arrival. They added it to the booking fee but didn’t process that portion. I would have preferred to pay it all by card.
• Giulia (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the accommodation for its excellent location in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Venice, within walking distance of all the main sites. It was also very comfortable, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained.

The bed was very comfortable too. It was spotlessly clean, and located just a short walk to the vaporetto stop. The area was safe and quiet. We couldn’t have asked for more. There was nothing I didn’t like about this apartment. It was perfect for us.
• Ivan (10/5): Great location, spacious apartment, friendly hosts! - This was our first time staying in Venice, and we opted for an apartment over a hotel. The location of the apartment was great! In a quiet neighbourhood and very easy to find. A lot of facilities such as bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets were in a one minute walking distance. The apartment was very spacious and clean with a good range of appliances to use. The fact that is was just a 3 minute walk to the San Stae station made our trip from and to the airport very easy and convenient as well. The host was super friendly, and the check in procedure was easy and quick to understand. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family. The ventilation of the bathroom wasn't too great so over time it smelled a bit dewy even if we left it running for a long time. There was also a strange gravel coming down from the walls near the dining table but it wasn't much of an issue.

• G (8/5): Very good - Its modern and conveniently located. One bathroom is not made for northern Europeans. You'll definitely bump your head more than once. No wifi! Need better pillows for the bed.

Everything needed in the facility : heater, cooking utensils, basics products, nice to have everything at disposition Location is perfect for visiting and also not the busiest area at the same time Unfortunately not the fault of the host but not soundproof at all, been woke up every early morning by the people that are above the room, can hear steps, talking, screaming, dog barking… The main table & chairs were very wobbly, not great quality
