- Farley (8/5): Great property and layout for a ski vacation. Enjoyed the area. - The property setup (rooms, kitchen, wash rooms, mud room, laundry and entertainment spaces) were great for our needs (i.e. family ski trip). Lots of towels. Owners had driveway cleared of snow upn arrival and after a big snow storm. Left us some local coffee as a welcome gift. Entry keypad (fully electric) not ideal for cold temperatures (i.e. keypad digital numbers tempermental). Better off having a key box or a button keypad. Water would cut off in house when running the dishwasher. Not enough wood for 5 nights. Heating system was not easy to operate. BBQ was not great (uneven cooking and easy to burn food). Once arrived, the booking.com messaging process wouldn't connect. owner didn't answer when called for water issue....ended up figuring it out. Roads into the property were a challenge with a front wheel drive van (winter tires). Didn't get stuck but could have if unconfident driving in these conditions. All wheel or 4 wheel drive should be a minimum for these roads.
