• Adam (9/5): - Najważniejsze, ze lokal istnieje, co w obecnych czasach oszukańczych ofert w Rzymie zasługuje na uznanie. Ma trzy niezależne pomieszczenia dając prywatności większym grupom. Blisko do komunikacji miejskiej czy sklepów spożywczych. Spokojna okolica blisko ambasad. Jest stosunkowo głośno. Obok jest ruchliwa ulica a okna słabo tłumią dźwięki.

• Eliran (10/5): - הדירה היתה מעולה מאובזרת היטב נקייה המדהימה!! בכל חדר יש מקלחת לשירותים ומיטות נוחות. דירה מרווחת מאד, נמצאת בקומה ראשונה כך שאין צורך לעלות גבוה. חניה בשפע באזור (אם כי הכל תפוס כמעט תמיד). מיקום מצויין קרוב למרכז ולרכבת. מאד נהנינו!! L'appartamento era eccellente, ben attrezzato e incredibilmente pulito! Ogni camera aveva una doccia e letti comodi. Appartamento molto spazioso, situato al primo piano, quindi non c'è bisogno di salire ai piani superiori. Ampia disponibilità di parcheggio in zona (anche se quasi sempre tutti i posti sono occupati). Posizione eccellente, vicino al centro e alla stazione ferroviaria. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! מחסור בחניה. ושיטת הפתיחה של הדלת קצת מסובכת . Mancanza di parcheggio. E il meccanismo di apertura della porta è un po' complicato.
• Márk (9/5): - Very good location! Close to the metro. Huge apartment, all amenities available. Comfortable beds. Very kind and readily available host. Very safe neighbourhood. Little noisy at night, if windows were changed to a noise cancellation ones, it would be 10/10!
• Aleksandra (10/5): - Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z mieszkania, bardzo dużym udogodnieniem są łazienki w każdym pokoju. Było bardzo czysto a w przypadku pytań właściciele byli bardzo pomocni. Poza tym lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Do metra 5-8 min (w zależności jak się szybko idzie ☺️). Z chęcią wrócimy z powrotem do Rzymu i do tego apartamentu.

• TravELer (3/5): Потърсете друг апартамент в този квартал - Комуникативно място в приятен жилищен квартал. Душът в едната баня падна и беше невъзможно да се използва. Душовете са много стари, пръскат и мокрят цялата баня, а след това няма как да се подсуши. Апартаментът е в непосредствена близост до спирка на трамваи и е невъзможно да се спи нощем. Няма климатици, а охладители, които никак не се справят с охлаждането на помещенията. Прозорците е невъзможно спокойно да се отварят за проветряване, защото гледат към улицата и не са обезопасени по никакъв начин. Дръжката на вратата на една от баните се откачи, добре е, че никой не остана закляючен в нея.
• Stefania (9/5): Excelente apartamento para 6! - Todas las instalaciones son muy cómodas. El ambiente es armónico. La blanquería es increíble. Muy limpias las habitaciones y baños. El apartamento no se encuentra en el centro histórico pero a una distancia considerable con muchos medios de transporte que facilitan la conexión. De todos modos nosotros nos manejamos caminando. Tuvimos una excelente atención de parte de los administradores. Preguntamos por la posibilidad de dejar equipaje antes del horario de entrada y como se encontraba el apartamento desocupado nos permitieron sin objeciones. Es un poco vibrante ya que se encuentra en planta baja y pasa el tranvía al lado. Se siente desde adentro pero no quita el sueño. Tiene aire acondicionado portátil y las habitaciones son muy grandes para refrescar. El sol da al apartamento todo el dia y toma bastante tiempo el cambio de aire. Falta un poco de prolijidad en la presentación de la cocina. Es muy bonita pero para ser un apartamento de alquiler falta un poco de atención en los detalles, como el pulido de los artefactos de cocina o cubiertos o proveer de la cantidad de elementos básicos para la cantidad de huéspedes que ocupan las instalaciones. No encontramos amenities como se veían en las fotos, pero no es un reclamo ya que no encontré en la descripción del apartamento que estaba incluido. Todas las observaciones que realizamos son de carácter constructivo ya que fue una excelente estadía para todos

• Mandar Sudhir (8/5): Good stay and very kind and good host ! - Location is good. Silent residential area with 5 min walk and you have direct connections go all popular places in Rome. Ventilator /fan was not working and owner replaced them with new one very next day. Airconditioner as almost useless. It is super hot inside during summers. Day times were very difficult inside as Airconditioner.

Excellent location, with very good tram connection (line No.3) to the very center of the city. Gricery shops and restaurants within short walk. Nice area around. A park with the Villa Torlonia almost around the corner.
• Nirwan (10/5): Really recommended for family with kids. - Perfect house for family of 8! Perfect location for transportation and groceries. It was cold during my trip, heater was functioning well. The staff or owner was really helpful! Easy to contact anytime! There is no washing machine. But don't worry cause there is self service laundry nearby.

• Maria (10/5): Excellent stay option for sightseeing trip to Rome - It is a big apartment with individual AC, TV, and bathroom per room. Near to subway station and supermarket. Very clean and comfy. No washing machine.
• Melpo (8/5): Very good - The beds were fantastic. The bedrooms were spasious and the kitchen had almost everything needed (even though there were only one knife to cut something hard...). The buses and metro station were close and we never saw Tram so to be annoyed. The main problem we faced was that the a/c especially in the living room were completely unsufficient during hot days. We had to wash the filters by ourselves and we realised that they were in bad condtion. As per Host's instructions all a/c ended to a bucket that we had to empty but only two out of three leaking water so there must be a problem with them. There were two fans in the two bedrooms but we never managed to use (the host was willing to help but due to sightiseeng program we left it without doing nothing cause anyway it was too hot to help). The one lighting above the sofa was hanging down so one of us tried to fix it. With reference to the contact with the hosts, in generally was good except few days before arrival that I sent msg and no one replied so I had to resend it to get the info I needed. We wished that we could have some new towels during the 6 days stay.

• Maria (10/5): Safe, Clean, greatly decorated! - Greatly located accommodatation in one of the safest and most prestigious neighborhoods around Rome. Walkable distance from public transportation (5 minutes from Policlinico metro station, 4 minutes from the central bus station Regina Margherita, 1 minute from the Tram stop in piazza Galeno). Polished clean, very spacious for 6 people. The host was polite and helpful at all times. The only (minor) downgrade was concerning central heating, we could not control the temperature since it was controlled by the building. At times the house was a little cold but that can be fixed.

• Lily (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious and clean. 5-minute walk from Policinico metro station, where you can take the metro to Colosseum and Rome Termini directly. The neighborhood feels safe and there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets around the house. We are not bothered by the tram noise as the windows are closed all the time in winter.
• Debjit (9/5): Nice and spacious apartement for family with easy access to city centre and other tourist attractions by Bus, Tram and M - The apartment is well located with easy access to bus, tram and metro. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen utensils could be cleaner in my opinion. There was some bad smell from one of the bathrooms but after reporting it has been taken care of and cleaned for second time. Really appreciated!!

• Gintaras (9/5): The relation between the price and the quality - Huge apartments. 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms in each of them. Very clean, smells good. Found everything that we needed for our one night rest. Remote check-in and check-out. AC in each room. Good place (trams, buses nearby). Windows side is to road where trams running. If you are sensitive to noise there could be hard to get sleep (earbuds would help).

• Mykola (10/5): Perfect place in Rome city for 6 people - Nice big apartment. Plenty of space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Great location. Only few minutes away from Policlinico metro station. Perfect place for up to 6 people. Hosts are very helpful and nice.
• Ivanka (10/5): wonderful experience - On the day of our check-in, the apartment welcomed us pleasantly warm. It is located in a beautiful building in a prestigious district of Rome - there is a metro nearby, buses to the main tourist attractions, the tram stop to the Vatican is next to the building. It is entered with the help of an electronic code (instructions from the owner are received a day earlier) - it was very convenient and safe. The apartment is spacious, with high ceilings and luxurious furniture. Everything is well appointed - comfortable beds in both large bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a lovely living room with an additional bathroom, a small kitchen with everything you need. Everything is new and sparkling clean. We, two families, enjoyed relaxing in it after sightseeing in Rome. I want to thank Cristiana (one of the owners who contacted me) for the good communication before the check-in and the great stay during which we had no problems at all. I would come again.
• Georgios (9/5): An excellent choice - The apartment was perfect. Clean and spacious, . The apartment was consisting of 3 different bedrooms , each of them with its own bathroom. Wifi was fast and the decoration was elegant and fine. It was located 4 minutes away from the metro station Policliniko and 5 minutes away from Nomentana Street which is a very convenient avenue to go to the center using public transportation The traffic around the location is heavy all day long. As the apartment is on the ground floor the noise coming from cars and trams was a little bit annoying. The way of getting into the apartment is not convenient because is very likely not to have wifi connection or data which are absolutely necessary for the fully automated entrance. Beyond that, after a long trip is also possible that the cell phone battery is too low that cannot get you through the process.
• Patrycja (10/5): Staying in the apartment was a pleasure. Without it, visit in Rome wouldn't be so nice. - Apartment was clean and spatial, great for 6 people. Host very nice, close distance to public communication. I truly recommend it. One missing thing - a knife to cut a bread or fruits.
