• Marwa (10/5): Bel endroit pour passer un bon séjour - Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Thijs et Nicole, à seulement 15 min de tram de la gare centrale. C’est assez spacieux pour deux personnes, c’est propre, la terrasse est une belle touche en plus! Nous avons été aussi accueilli par un mini bar rempli de différentes boissons ainsi que du thé et café à disposition. Ils ont deux adorables teckels en plus de ça :)

• isabel (10/5): Un pequeño paraiso: Urban Oasis - La decoración es exquisita, te sientes mejor que en casa. Todo tipo de detalles por parte de los anfitriones. Muy cómodo el tranvía para ir al centro en 15min. Hay un sitio para desayunar fantástico en frente de donde se coge el tranvía. Volvería sin dudar. Muy recomendable!! Nada, todo estuvo genial
• Monique (10/5): - Een prachtige en luxe B&B. Van alle luxe voorzien. Ideaal om naar het centrum te fietsen of de tram te pakken. Je auto kan op de oprit staan. Ook heel fijn. We werden heel leuk ontvangen en kregen uitgebreide uitleg.

• Jörg (10/5): Tolles Apartment für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Amsterdam. Nicole und Thijs sind perfekte Gastgeber. Vielen Dank! - Das Appartement war schon fast luxuriös ausgestattet und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos 😉 Es fehlte nichts. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut und die Textilien hochwertig. Das Auto kann direkt vor der eigenen Eingangstür sicher und überdacht abgestellt werden.

Man ist in 5 Minuten an der Straßenbahnstation oder beim Bäcker,wo man frühstücken kann!auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Lage: etwas außerhalb, aber ruhiges, gepflegtes, sehr authentisches Umfeld in neuem Wohngebiet; mit Rad auf angenehmen Wegen ca. 30 Min ins Zentrum, öffentl. Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht genutzt, Anbindung wohl ebenfalls gut; Unterkunft: ganz neu, modern, äußerst geschmackvoll und komfortabel, sehr gute Ausstattung, eher 5-Sterne-Hotel-Standard als Ferienwohnung; schöne kleine Terrasse; sehr sauber; Pkw-Parkplatz: kostenlos vorhanden; Vermieter: sehr, sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und kommunikativ; geben gerne Tipps und helfen bei allen Belangen; Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: hervorragend; nichts
• Predrag (10/5): - We loved this bed & breakfast appartment. It includes everything you could need during your stay. Parking was right in front of the appartment door, which is convinient if you have a lot of stuff like us. Hosts were more than welcoming in every way possible. They even got us a gift for the New Years eve. Location is a 15 min tram ride to central station, comparing to city centre is it far more relaxing and peaceful. Perfect for the resting after being in the city centre around new year, since there are so many tourists.

• Daniela (10/5): Ein Ort mit Herz, Stil und Liebe zum Detail - Diese Unterkunft ist ein echtes Juwel – wunderschön gestaltet, hochwertig ausgestattet und mit so viel Liebe designt. Man spürt in jedem Detail, wie viel Herz hineingeflossen ist. Vom Schuhlöffel über Kerzen bis hin zu luxuriösem Shampoo und einem großartigen Entertainmentsystem – einfach perfekt. Der Kühlschrank war liebevoll gefüllt (Getränke, Wein, Bier), das Bett unglaublich bequem. Alles ist makellos sauber, gepflegt und duftet wunderbar. Besonders schön: die Einrichtung und Kunst regionaler Künstler, das Dachfenster mit automatischer Abdunklung und der zauberhafte kleine Garten nur für uns. Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich herzlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die ruhige Lage mit Meer in der Nähe ist perfekt, um nach einem Tag in der pulsierenden Innenstadt zu entspannen. Mit der Tram 26 ist man in nur 16 Minuten im Zentrum – einfacher geht’s nicht. Ein Ort mit Seele, an dem man wirklich ankommt. Mehr als empfehlenswert! Danke, liebe Nicole und Thijs 🫶! Wir kommen wieder!

• Thiemo (10/5): komfortabel - komfortabel und smart eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht. Der Weg zu Centraal Station ist nicht weit (15 Minuten) und Thijs und Nicole sind super freundlich und helfen wo es geht. Man kann kaum besser wohnen

• Stephen (10/5): Would visit again - Enjoyed our stay so much we extended it. Lovely peaceful island with a big park next to it. Easy access to and from Amsterdam city centre. Shops, tram stops and bike rental all just around the corner. Hosts were lovely.

• Serhan (10/5): I strongly recommend B&B Urban Oasis for short or long term stay. - Lovely and cozy place to stay. You feel like you are at home. Very polite and warm owners care about the room more than great hotel chain managers. They continuously improve missing or wrong things in the room. You can always get help whenever you need it. We had no problems with bathroom, kitchen or anything else. During our stay, the Wi-Fi was very fast and stable. The location is perfect. You can reach the center of Amsterdam in 15 minutes.

• Lisabel (10/5): Truly a wonderful Oasis close to Amsterdam! - Beautiful room full of gadgets and comfortable facilities! Decorated with taste and in a great location, close to the city but away from its chaos. The hosts are very lovely and generous! We chatted for a bit and they gave us tips for things to do in the city!

• Marco (10/5): Amazing stay! Amazing location! Amazing hosts! - The photos don't do it justice. The space is really big and has incredible new fixtures and appliances. With a TV, soundbar and the private garden it's one of the calmest and relaxing places I've stayed at during a holiday. The hosts Nicole and Thijs are lovely and have helped us and made our stay perfect considering we were ill. There wasn't much I didn't like. As i'm a tech nerd I'd nitpick about the TV being a little old and having to use 3 remotes. Also the lack of a microwave, hob and oven is a bit limiting in terms of what we can eat. As we were sick, I would have liked to cook for ourselves as it was risky eating takeaway as it was the cause of my sickness.
• Taylor (10/5): Felt right at home in this lovely B&B! - The B&B Urban Oasis is located in a beautiful part of Amsterdam with a lot of nature and amenities right next door. The interior is equally as beautiful, with very comfortable and high-end finishes. The bed was especially nice, and we got such a deep sleep! The view on the garden is very tranquil too, providing a lovely area to relax in the evenings. However, the best part was the hospitality provided by Nicole and Thijs. We were very warmly welcomed and quickly felt right at home! They really went above and beyond with special touches of generosity and helpfulness. We will definitely refer our friends and family to stay with them in the future.

Great space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Easy access to Amsterdam City Center. We will surely come back! Thanks Thijs and Nicole :-) Unfortunately there’s no aircon, so we had to close the nice skylight and the blinds during the sunny day as the place would otherwise heat up a bit🙈.

• Ioan (10/5): Perfect place to stay - The location is quiet but not close to the center (25-35 minutes by tram), the room is large and quite elegant, the bed is comfortable. There is a small garden at the back where you can spend time having a drink or just relax. The owner was very helpful, giving us all the instructions we needed. There was a parking space available for us.

The best part was that they provided us with a book with all the information needed about nearby establishments, which was very helpful. What I liked most about the place was its serene and peaceful atmosphere. The surrounding vicinity was also beautiful and picturesque. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and tranquil stay.
