- Michael (6/5): Over all a 6/10 - It was in a quiet place not far from everything. The bed was hard, not comfortable, and the couches were the same. There was a big window that had no shades or blinds.

- laura (5/5): - On a positive note, the location was very good, and having private parking did help improve the experience a little. Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. The security was very poor. Anyone could easily enter the property: the garage door was almost always open, and the pedestrian entrance door was also left open, which made us feel unsafe during our stay. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The apartment was very dirty. The blankets were full of hair, the sofas were stained, and the bed sheets clearly looked used. Everything felt unclean and uncomfortable. The floor had a lot of dust and even some dirt. The shower floor had small stones or debris, which was very unpleasant. Overall, the lack of proper cleaning made the stay very uncomfortable. There was also a window upstairs without any curtain, so not only did a lot of light come in early in the morning, but neighbors could also see directly into the bedroom and the bed, which was very uncomfortable and offered no privacy. The closet doors were broken and very dirty. The other windows had very old blinds that did not work properly, so we could not block the light and were unable to rest well. However, due to the serious issues with cleanliness, security, and privacy, I would not recommend this place unless these problems are properly addressed.

- Laura (5/5): - Pas très loin des studios Paramount à pied. Appartement très sale (odeur d’urine et taches très suspectes sur le fauteuil que nous avons dû mettre sur le balcon), le portail piéton de la résidence est cassé, les voisins sont très bruyants et les murs très fins.
- Adriane (6/5): The apartment was beautiful. - The inside was nice The gate was broken the whole week I was there. There were people hanging around the front of the apartments that didn’t live there, even peeing right on the lawn. I was a little scared because sometimes I was the only car there.

- Jordan (6/5): Over all was good specially for the money, just kind of dirty inside but wasn’t the absolute worst and the price was rea - For the price it was good, the tankless water heater is great for families so we never run out of hot water The floors were very dirty, couldn’t walk around barely at all without your feet or socks being black. The night out front is also a hassle. Hard to get it dark in there with main hallway light never turning off at night.
