• Tayná (8/5): Apaixonante! - O café da manhã é simples, mas ótimo, além de servido em uma área muito charmosa, assim como o restante do hotel. Os funcionários são muito amáveis e fazem-nos sentir entre família e em casa no hotel. A experiência de estar num hotel-galeria é incrível, pra onde você olha, independente do ambiente que estiver, é um deleite aos olhos e às emoções. Apesar de pela noite a região ser extremamente vazia e um pouco intimidadora, durante o dia é a localização perfeita para curtir e explorar com mais calma o centro histórico de Bogotá, que oferece inúmeros restaurantes, comércio e atividades culturais. O silêncio do hotel, sendo uma casa antiga reformada com inúmeros itens vintage, acaba criando uma atmosfera um pouco desconfortável em que se ouve cada passo, outros hóspedes chegando e saindo, conversando pelo corredor, fazendo com que independente do horario a gente fique cauteloso com o barulho. É um ponto que seria facilmente resolvido com uma música ambiente no hotel, além de acrescentar mais ainda à experiência que ele proporciona.

• Rudolph (9/5): - Beautiful historical house. They mentioned more than 200 year old, and you can feel that vibe. Charming, clean, and comfortable. Kind staff, nice continental breakfast (instead of juice they serve fresh fruit). A couple of blocks from the best of the historical center and museums. If you arrive late at night, the block could look lonely and intimidating, just like many old places in big cities. Just let them know what time you are arriving, and they will be waiting for you! Angélica was amazing, and she gave us helpful tips for our stay. Good for the price. The first person who greated us at the front desk answered to our questions effectively but between her answers she was just looking at her cellphone and she was not very welcoming. For a tourist, she is the image not just of the hotel, but of the city since checking in a hotel is one of the first experiences when arriving to a place.

Frühstück keine Auswahl und eher lieblos....Personal für kolumbianische Verhältnisse unmotiviert und reserviert. die Zimmer im oberen stock sind vermutlich schöner.....ruhig von aussen kommt nichts rein und innen ist es sehr abhängig von deinen Zimmernachbarn....

Rapport qualité prix satisfaisant compte tenu du quartier. Pas le grand confort quand même. Chambre petite froide et humide. Accueil cordial par le jeune homme mais check in très long. Le reste du personnel est froid et ne peut donner aucun conseil sur rien.

• Olive (8/5): - Beautifully decorated old building in the Candilaria area, large split level room, though the stairs very very steep! good breakfast, 24hr reception, plenty of places to sit and relax in light airy courtyards One member of staff was very unhelpful though her colleague the previous day was very good. No English spoken. Staff often hard to find.
• Claudio (7/5): - Ótima localização, bem no centro da cidade e as principais atrações. Wi-fi bom. Café da manhã fraco, apenas 2 pães, ovos mexidos, café e fruta. A cama do quarto que ficamos era super baixa e desconfortável. A água quente oscila a todo momento, voce está no meio do banho e do nada fica tudo gelado, aí tem que aguardar uns 30s no frio até esquentar de novo. O hotel não exige horário de silêncio, as pessoas se reúnem ao lado do quarto, nas cadeiras que ficam no saguão e ficam conversando, dando gargalhadas, isso aconteceu as 23:30h e as 5:30h, e nenhum funcionário do hotel orientou sobre a lei do silêncio. Os atendentes não se esforçam nem um pouco para serem solícitos e educados, são perdidos e desorganizados.

Wi-fi bom A água quente do chuveiro oscila a todo momento, você está no banho quente e do nada a água fica gelada, aí tem que aguardar do lado de fora no frio até esquentar novamente. Café da manhã é bem fraco , apenas pão, café , ovos mexidos e fruta. Os atendentes não fazem o menor esforço para serem cordiais, são perdidos e desorganizados. O hotel não respeita o horário de silêncio, houve situações onde as pessoas ficavam reunidas no saguão as 23:30h e as 5:30h, dando gargalhadas e conversando alto, e nenhum atendente do hotel foi capaz de chamar a atenção.

Demasiado recargado de objetos viejos. Falta de personal, solo 2 personas para todo el hotel. Desayuno escaso insignificante. Sin jugos. Café malo. Dificultad de acceso al dormitorio. Escaleras muy estrechas. Sin interruptor de luz en la mesilla. Falta limpieza diaria en la habitación. No hay cierre en la puerta ni en la ventana de acceso de la habitación. Cuarto de baño sin ventilación. No hay gentilezas de bienvenida, ni botella de agua ni champú ni gel de ducha.

Es ist schade, dass vieles Reparatur bedürftig ist und sich nicht darum gekümmert wird. Bad - Armaturen sind nicht fest, Duschkopf sollte erneuert werden und die Treppe war ebenfalls kaputt.

Je n'ai pas apprécié la chambre situé en haut d'un escalier en colimaçon pas pratique pour y monter ma valise à mon âge (74 ans). La salle d'eau (sous la chambre) dans le salon avec porte fenêtre ouverte sur le couloir de distribution des autres chambres. Porte fort heureusement équipé de volets intérieurs. Heureusement que la situation du logement reste parfaite car en plain coeur du centre touristiques et des boutiques, bar, restaurants, etc....... La déco d'époque, la salle d'eau dans le salon et l'escalier en colimaçon pour accéder à la chambre.

Lugar sem higiene nenhuma, café da manhã horrível: dois ovos feitos numa manteiga horrível, uns pedacinhos de melão, dois pães de forma torrados, geleia horrível e não se pode repetir o café da manhã. Experiência muito ruim. As camas dos quartos ficam no andar superior com uma escada super íngreme. Roupa de cama velha e com aparência de suja. O tapete do banheiro é um pano de chão. Além disso, fica no centro num lugar muito esquisito. O atendimento é péssimo. Não recomendo.

• Sharon (5/5): - We needed one night before meeting our tour group where there was no vacancy for the night before the tour. This hotel was nearby and easily walkable to our tour hotel. The. hotel promised that a taxi would meet us at the airport. They assured us that at the driver would be at the exit with a sign showing our names. The driver did not come. We waited for an hour and finally gave up, taking an airport taxi. We were given a very poor tiny room. When I returned to the desk to say that the room was not the one I booked, he said that he assumed we would not like the stairs in the much bigger room. We eventually changed to the larger room which did have very strange stairs but was much more spacious. By this time it was well after midnight!
• Caroline (4/5): Never again - Location. Walking distance to all the museums. Staff were miserable. They didn't like to use Google translate and considering most of them were young I didn't understand what the issue was. I had to ask for a fresh towel and toilet paper despite the fact I was staying for 5 nights. My room was left untouched. I emptied the bin and took my 23 kg suitcase down the stairs myself. Would I recommend this place? No. My bedroom was actually a health hazard because they'd split the room into 2 levels. The bedroom part was accessed by a spiral staircase which was dangerous. The stair rail was brokwn and there were lots of sharp edges. See photos. There was a small fridge but hot water for coffees etc was not available. My bedroom didn't have an outside window. Room no. 11. Very noisy on Saturday evening.

Fast alle Zimmer verfügen nicht über ein Fenster und haben zwei Ebenen, verbunden mit einer Wendel- oder Sambatreppe. Menschen, die größer als 1,90 m sind, haben kaum Kopffreiheit. Die Toitetten bieten kaum Beinfreiheit.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Museum d‘oro und Plaza Bolívar. Äußerst freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Antike authentischeEinrichtung. Es ist ein altes Haus mit einigen dafür typischen Erscheinungen. aber dafür lebt man eben in einem authentischen republikanischen Haus voller Geschichte und Sammlungen des Eigentümers aus vielen Jahrzehnten.

• Monica (8/5): Picturesque place to stay - Super friendly staff and excellent location. It is a very unique charm . My room was super nice ( Maisonette style ) . Very clean and offers laundry service . A very simple breakfast with freshly made scramble eggs and coffee . Very loud music was played almost all day long during my stay , I guess it came from a building close to the hotel . That was a bit annoying. Nights were quiet though .

• Florian (7/5): Good location, interesting place - Beautiful interior design. Nice location, close to Plaza de Bolívar y Museo del Oro. The room’s condition was not the best (broken lamps for example, no window and therefor bad air). Most of the staff not properly trained and seemed unmotivated. (With one formidable exception!)

Man wandelt darin wie in einem Museum 😃 auch Frühstück im schönen Ambiente ist sehr gut. Man schläft sehr ruhig weil man hört nachts keine Geräusche. Das Zimmer hatte leider kein Fenster zum öffnen.
