• Eryn (10/5): Beautiful apartment, location should be updated - Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with a large bedroom and plenty of storage. The windows looking out towards the sea view were gorgeous and filled the apartment with light. The extra benefits of a water filter in the kitchen sink and the extra water pump for when the water temporarily goes out (it happens all over Albania) made this an exceptional stay. The hosts are wonderful and kind! The location listed for the property is quite a walk away from the actual apartment (550 m). We are traveling for a year with a child (lots of luggage) so we would have really appreciated if the actual location was shared. Instead of near Hotel Arvi, the apartment is directly above the SPAR grocery store (6 floors up). We loved the location once we arrived, great to be above a grocery store & vegetable stand, very close to the sunset point, great restaurants and coffee shops very close. The only other negative was that the bedroom also had a strong smell of cigarettes that we couldn’t get rid of. But everything else was truly lovely. The value is great. I would recommend it!

• Hunter (10/5): - Die Unterkunft war großartig! Super Lage, nur etwa 3 Minuten Fußweg vom Meer. Es gab einen Balkon. Die gesamte Wohnung hatte eine große Fensterfront die einen Meerblick erlaubte. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation war super, wir wurden persönlich empfangen und zur Wohnung gebracht und bei der Abreise verabschiedet. Überragendes Preis Leistungsverhältnis! • Audrey (6/5): Broken elevator - The accommodation is well located, very large and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Large bathroom with a shower tray which allows not to flood the bathroom. Public parking on the street. Small sea view from 6/ 7 floor. The mother and brother of the owner we met are very helpful. The owner was not on site but I discussed with her via booking application. We had several problems during our stay of one night. The elevator was broken and the apartment was on the 6th floor (7th floor because the street corresponds to the - 1). The owner did not tell us about this breakdown. The accommodation with elevator was clearly part of our criteria because we had a suitcase of 23kg and several backpacks (that we do not leave at night in the car parked on the street). We would not have booked it if we had known! I was in contact with the owner and her father before my arrival but no one warned me. We were faced with the fact when arriving at 20:00. According to the electrical panel torn inside it seems had been done some times ago. Anyway, even if it had happened on the same day, the owner or her father should have warned us and canceled the reservation because it does not correspond to what was marked on booking. There were many other apartments in Durrës and we chose one with elevator... It’s not honest. We also had a problem with the water. The standard power supply was no longer working on the evening of our arrival and we had to use the water tank of the apartment. The pump of the water tank of the apartment made a deafening noise when it was powered by electricity. The pump must be dead from being disconnected or the tank is empty? It even woke up the owner’s mother who was sleeping in the apartment next door. The owner’s parents and brother intervened to resolve the problem (without resolving it unfortunately). They were very embarrassed and apologized a thousand times. They offered us parts of cakes to apologize. I do not hold this problem because no one seemed to know and that we were able to use the water without using the water tank the next day.
• Marie (9/5): Excellent location - Spacious. A view of the sea from the terrace and kitchen area. Excellent location for the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The Bridge Bar has a great atmosphere, good music and sport on TV. For a special meal try the Portiku Restaurant near the Venetian Tower Nothing
