Le logement offre tout le confort nécessaire, il est propre, bien équipé et très pratique. It was extremely clean, cozy with decor, loads of natural sunlight, and had all the amenities that we needed like coffee and shampoo. • Barry (8/5): Very good - This is a clean and tidy appartment with generous sized rooms. It has all the amenities that were required for us and has 2 well appointed bathrooms. It has a secure parking garage and is in a quiet appartment block with a swimming pool. It has reasonable access to main roads and Freeway entrances. Great place to stay for our first night in Los Angeles. Thank you Sophia. There is 2 flat screens but no TV connection. This was not really an issue for us.

• Jay (10/5): Nice apartment clean and spacious - If you need to stay a few days in Los Angeles, this is the perfect place, a quiet and safe area just steps from Santa Monica Ave. I have no negative comments to say, the apartment was spotless and I was able to maintain good communication with the hostess
• Erica (9/5): Superb - The space is amazing and comfortable. All the mattresses are on the floor, no bedframes, so they are quite low. Not really a problem for us, but might matter for other guests. The host warned us that leaving fruit on the counter might attract fruit flies. While did not leave any food out, an empty can of coconut water did attract a couple of fruit flies, but rinsing and bagging the cans put an stop to that.
• Adrian (9/5): Convenient, comfortable and great-value alternative to area hotels - Spacious, modern and clean, with the bonus of secured parking. Good location close to restaurants. In-unit laundry and full updated kitchen. Lots of room to spread out. Much better value than booking separate hotel rooms in the area. Street parking can be difficult. Water pressure/temp in the second bathroom was unpredictable and hard to regulate, so showers took forever and weren't very comfortable. Beds need new pillows.
