• Henry.j.m (7/5): Overal we just slept there and it was great for that - It was a great location, and very clean. The owner was there to meet me and provided extra keys. The beds need some TLC with better bedding and new mattresses especially the en-suite room. Handheld shower in that room was also leaking when turned on and will need looking at.

• Adelaida (1/5): Worst accommodation ever - Looks great in pictures. The apartment looked new and luxurious in the pictures, but in reality, it was very run down and old. We couldn’t open the living room door or window to the balcony, and the master bedroom door wouldn’t close at all during our stay. We had no hot water the entire time, and despite the host promising to send a plumber, no one came. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and to top it all off, the apartment smelled horrible.

• Charly (7/5): Functional not as high end as pictures depict - Location in regards to excel was ideal. Amazing view of the O2. Quick to get a 2nd key to us as only provided one for a three bedroom apartment. Got a call on the way down to say we were being moved (“upgraded”) to a different apartment due to some electrical problems. Apartment was tired, you could tell that it was once high end, but now in need of some revamping. Toilet flush broken in en-suite, one of the sofas had definitely seen better days, flooring was uneven, sinks were covered in limescale, showers needed a deep clean.
