House rules :
1. KEEP IN MIND THE PEACE OF MIND OF THE NEIGHBORS.
It is a residential community, please don’t shout, scream, or organize any gatherings of more than 4 people or listen to music so loud that it would disturb the neighbors. Non-compliance after even 1 notice will cause the police to be called, and you will be charged 50 EUR after every further notice.
Silent hours are 10pm-9am and siesta time 2pm-5pm
Do not allow cigarettes or ash to fall from upper terraces. This is a dangerous fire hazard and could also damage property. Do not use terrace walls as tables for drinks where they could be knocked over.
Dogs are not allowed on the grass areas of the gardens and should never be off their lead anywhere on the property. Any mess they make should immediately be cleared up.
You must not leave your dog unattended on the terrace or garden at any time.
2. TREAT THE APARTMENT AS IT WOULD BE YOUR OWN
Please make sure that you cause no damage to the apartment or its contents; otherwise, you will be charged for the damage you cause. If there are any imperfections, please report them to us by the 2nd day of your stay. If we find anything that hasn’t been reported, we have the right to deduct from the deposit to replace or repair the damage.
3. DON’T MAKE ANY NOISE BETWEEN 22:00 – 09:00
4. USE OF ANY KIND OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE STRICLY FORBIDDEN
If there is any suspicion and/or evidence of drug use, you will be given a notice of eviction, and you must leave the apartment immediately. By renting the apartment, you agree to comply with this rule. – To clarify, we won’t investigate nor keep an eye on you during your stay, but given the past experiences, we could receive complaints from neighbors that they hear or see something from the terrace. To prevent any accidents under the influence of illegal drugs, we have a legal obligation to report this to the police.
5. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
Any violation of this rule can cause that we must call an OZONE Cleaner company so we can get rid of the smell of cigarettes, not to mention the extra laundry fees and textile cleaner fees with which you will be charged with. The total cost of this varies by company.
6. USE THE RESORT FACILITIES ACCORDING TO THEIR RULES.
POOL: The pool is open between the hours of 8am and 10pm. Please read the pool side notices regarding use of the pool! Always shower before entering the pool. Do not enter the pool if you have any infectious disease or illness.
It is strictly forbidden to take chairs or sunbeds from the ground floor private gardens or terraces.
No dogs or other animals are allowed in the pool.
Appropriate swimwear must be always worn in the pool by all ages. Entering the pool in outdoor clothing is forbidden.
Children under 10 years of age are not allowed to use the pool on their own and must be always accompanied by an adult.
No crockery, glassware or bottles are allowed in or around the pool.
Eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted anywhere in the pool itself or within 2 meters of the pool side.
All refuse must be deposited in the refuse bins.
It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to enter the bridge across the pool. No crockery, glassware or bottles are allowed in or around the pool.
Only private listening devices are allowed. No BALL Games in the gardens or poolside.
Community sunbeds must not be removed from the pool area and cannot be reserved. Private sunbeds or chairs must be returned to the owners’ apartment area when not being used.
Inflatables of a reasonable size are permitted in the pool providing they do not interfere with other users. Before 11am priority must be given to those people who are swimming and users of inflatables must give way to swimmers. All inflatables must be removed from the pool when not in use and not left unattended in the garden overnight.
GARDENS: Avoid blockages, please do not dispose of items such as nappies, plastics, sanitary towels etc. in the toilets. Rubbish must not be left outside apartments in communal areas and should be taken to the rubbish area immediately. All litter, including cigarette/cigar butts, must be deposited in the refuse bins.
The gardens of the ground floor apartments are private, please respect this and do not enter them without permission.
There are toilets in the shower area which must be used when necessary. There is a toilet for the disabled in the ladies’ changing room. Entry is via the garage.
GYM: Children under 16 are not allowed in the gym.
Please keep the gym clean and always wipe down a machine when you have finished using it. Turn off the power when you leave and ensure that all doors and windows are closed and locked. Please take care when using any of the machines in the gym and observe all rules within the gym area.
Please report any broken machines to the President.
GARAGE: You should only park the allocated parking space for your apartment as the use of other spaces is not allowed without permission from the owner. If the remote control for entry/exit to the garage is lost or stolen, please report this immediately to the Administrator with the serial number so that the unit can be cancelled.
ARRIVING AND LEAVING: Please be mindful of other residents when arriving late at night. Keep noise to a minimum and avoid pulling suitcases on wheels.
7. DON’T HANG CLOTHES ON THE FACADE OF THE TERRACE

Pet fur can cause a serious amount of extra cleaning hours, which you will be charged with. There can be exceptions in cases where an extra pet cleaning fee and deposit are paid.
9. PLEASE TAKE YOUR RUBISH OUT AT THE END OF YOUR STAY
The containers for your rubbish are situated by the side of the road at the end of Block 1. There are separate bins for all types of glass (green bin), organic (grey bin), paper (blue bin) and anything else goes in the yellow bin. Please dispose of your rubbish in the appropriate bin. If you fail to do so we will charge 20 EUR.
