• Michael (10/5): - Tudo muito bom. A localização é excepcional. Ponto negativo apenas o forte cheiro do banheiro. No mais o aptos é ótimo.

• Corinna (10/5): Great location with clean facilities. Great for families and small group - Great location. Apartment was clean and stocked with all everything we need. The heater and extra blanket came handy. Great restaurants are just minutes of walk away. Mattress was a little hard but that’s just my preference. The stairs and hallway lights were not on during my whole stay until the last full day. I had to turn on flash light on phone in order to see the key hole of my door. The handheld shower didn’t work but the rain shower head worked so that’s ok.
• Rodgers (8/5): - Spacious apartment in good location The check in process was stressful due to late booking and reliance on on line check in. Waiter opposite accommodation often observed people having problems accessing apartment.

• Hynek (10/5): - Super lokalita. Čistý a pěkný pokoj. Vzhledem k tomu, ze jsme jeli autem, tak jsem vybiral ubytovani co nejblize k centru s vlastnim parkováním. V ubytování mi sdelili, ze si mam zaparkovat někde v modré zóně. To jsem ale netusil, ze u hotelu zadna modra zona neni. Tu jsme našli az cca 1km od ubytování. Na druhou stranu vzhledem k poloze ubytovani se neni čemu divit, ale nechápu, proč to takto nabízejí.
• Laura (10/5): - La ubicación perfecta, centralisima pero en una buca muy tranquila. Apartamento muy limpio y bien equipado, todo nuevo. Se agradecen las pastillas anti mosquitos y el kit de bienvenida. Hay un restaurante en la misma plaza muy recomendable. Al ser una empresa el check-in se hace llamando por teléfono en el momento de llegar, antes hay que firmar un contrato....un poco más engorroso que otro tipo de alojamiento. Para mejorar la estancia sugiero jabón para lavadora (existe en monodosis) y café: hay cafetera de longhi de cápsulas pero no las cápsulas y hay cafetera italiana pero no café molido, así que si no vas preparado tendrás que conformarte con un Nescafé de sobre o una infusión.También añadiría papel de cocina.

• Panulab (9/5): Fantástica ubicación en un apartamento con todas las comodidades - La ubicación es excelente, las camas eran muy cómodas y con buen aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. El tamaño de la cafetera es muy pequeño para un alojamiento de tantas personas. No todas las ventanas tienen mosquiteras siendo éstas muy necesarias.

• Ann Marie (9/5): This is a nice place for groups with a superb location. - The location is really good and very near the famous plazas and shops. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. We were able to cook breakfast and left the dishes to the dishwasher. The apartment was in the heart of good restaurants. There is also an elevator that fits 3 persons. The kitchen and dining area is a bit cramped especially if the group is big. We had an issue with the washer which didn’t operate. When a technician checked, it was indeed out of order. Downside is, laundry soap was already placed in the dispenser and my expensive shirt was stained. 😩

• Andjelija (8/5): Ok stay, awful timing to visit Florence end of june early July. - Nice and simple apartment with a few tourist guides. Easy to get to. I didn’t like not being able to turn on the washing machine. I don’t know if it was broken or what. But that cause a huge frustration just when we needed it most.

• Lisa (10/5): Great location apartment rental near everything in Florence! - This rental apartment was in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the Duomo, shopping, and restaurants/cafes. We took a train from Rome to Florence and the apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The check in was easy - we made a phone call to the management company and they remotely opened the front door to the building. A key lockbox was located outside the apartment door for access. The beds were comfortable. There was the opportunity to make arrangements for a late check out at 1:00 p.m. which we took advantage of. Wifi is available in the apartment but we found our T-Mobile cell service inadequate for the area for using maps, etc.

• Maria (5/5): Passable - The location was good. We had a comfortable stay. Washing machine leaked but worked 😊 The water heating was sporadic, it was a challenge to take cold showers in the morning. I contact the management, but they seemed to think it had something to do with the water pressure. Water pressure was fine - the heating of the water was the issue.
• Gohar (9/5): Good memories with Summer drives - The location, highly recommand and if you have a can the service is well orgenised, the take the car and Park . For 2 families the appartement was really perfect, we will love to come back. It’s not so easy to find the building, we asked the restaurent staff near to help us to find the house as the hôtel hotline was not answering.
