• Jogieswar (7/5): Erg genoten van Athene, tegen een heel schappelijk tarief. - Uitstekende locatie. Wij liepen dagelijks naar het centrum en er is volop openbaar vervoer in de buurt. Het ontbijt was zeker goed en zeer schappelijk geprijsd. De host was ontzettend aardig en attent: hij stuurde dagelijks een update met tips en checkte regelmatig of alles naar wens was. In de directe omgeving (straat) zijn een paar fijne restaurantjes (ontbijt maar ook diner) en cafés, met allemaal heel vriendelijke mensen. Kortom, een heerlijke straat om te verblijven. De accommodatie zelf was wat matig. De douches zijn gedateerd en het verblijf is een beetje donker. Het is allemaal oké, maar je merkt dat het erg verouderd is en niet alles meer 100% naar behoren werkt. Ook de hygiëne is in dat opzicht een beetje twijfelachtig. Wij waren met uitsluitend mannen van boven de middelbare leeftijd, dus dat ging prima. Met mijn kinderen zou ik hier nooit willen zitten, zeg maar. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk: we hebben ons door de prijs laten sturen, en in dat opzicht is het zeker de prijs waard geweest. Wij betaalden een kleine 1100 euro voor 6 dagen. Achteraf gezien valt het op dat de foto's niet echt corresponderen met de huidige stand van zaken en inrichting. Er was geen bad, en de inrichting is zeker niet zo mooi en licht als op de foto's.

• Ferdinand Albin (8/5): Charming apartment with excellent location - Very charming apartment, excellent location, very nice hosts, cool interior sound system No sauna or hot tub as advertised, not possible to flush toilet paper (which isn’t really a problem when you get used to it), beds are okay+

• Oscar (7/5): Bona ubicació i tracte excel·lent, amb aspectes de confort a millorar. - L’estada ha estat bona. L’apartament és molt cèntric, molt ben situat a prop dels principals punts d’interès i de restaurants amb bona relació qualitat-preu . L’apartament és funcional i adequat per a una estada urbana. En Nassis, el propietari, ha estat molt proper, amable i atent, i s’ha preocupat perquè la nostra estada fos el més agradable possible. Hem coincidit amb una època de molt fred. Tot i que l’apartament disposa de calefacció central, aquesta té un sobrecost elevat i cal utilitzar radiadors individuals, fet que fa que costi que la casa agafi una temperatura confortable, especialment viatjant amb nens. L’aigua calenta funciona amb un temporitzador i cal activar-la amb temps per poder disposar-ne. El dissabte a la nit, el soroll dels locals de la zona pot dificultar el descans.
• Erik (8/5): Rigtig god oplevelse for vores gruppe på 9 personer. Kan varmt anbefales - Rigtig god beliggenhed. Fantastisk sød og hjælpsom vært. Mulighed for god og billig morgenmad. Værten tilbød at servere lokal græsk aftensmad med tilhørende lokale vine. Vi tog imod tilbuddet den ene aften og fik en rigtig god oplevelse

• Sophie (2/5): - Pa grand chose Ce n'est pas un appartement. C'est un ensemble de chambres (les chambres seules de l'ordre de 6 à 7 m2). La pièce commune est en fait l'entrée sans lumière du jour avec de vagues sofa le long des murs, un coin terrasse sombre qui accueil le au max 6 personnes (dommage quand on est 10) , une cuisine couloir avec une table (max 6 personnes), C'est plutôt comme une auberge de jeunesse et encore (avec décoration et confort minimal). C'est très cher pour ce que c'est. Heureusement que ce n'était que pour une nuit de passage ; arrivée en fin d'après midi et départ le lendemain matin Je ne le conseillerai à personne et ne le relourai pas.

• Mark (10/5): Great budget apartment for groups in an excellent location - Excellent location for exploring Athens. Good facilities for a large group, easy to access apartment with door codes - Great communication form the host all the time we were there. Nice breakfast. Took a little while to figure out how to get hot water but once sorted if was good.

• Nihad (9/5): Superb - The location is superb, close to old part of the city, just 5 minutes from the first historical site and 10 minutes from the next one. It is really nice location. The only negative part is that apartment is surrounded by several bars and restaurants and it is quite noisy during the night. But I assume that is the price that you have to pay if you want to be in the lively center of the city (just a warning to travellers who need quiet room to sleep). In our case, it was not a problem, as we were dead tired from walking around the city.
• Elida (6/5): It’s was reasonable - The location is excellent and the way they sent the informations was very good The showers were very bad and not enough towels for 10 days and 10 people and utensils in the kitchen weren’t enough
• Sebastiaan (8/5): Perfect for large groups - Nice apartment suitable for groups. Every room has its own lock and airco and there are 3 showers. The apartment comes with an integrated stereosystem that is preloaded with greek cds to get you in the mood! It is near (within 30m walk) of most of the major sites and the neighbourhood is full of hip and cozy places to grab a drink or a bite. The owner is super relaxed and very friendly and willing to help out. Could be a bit cleaner: there were squashed mosquitoes in my room and the sheets, but my room was the only one. The showers never really got warm, we didn't really try since it was summer, but something to keep in mind for winter. Owner does NOT accept creditcard although it said so on Booking.com. Luckily he was very friendly and speaks good English so we figured something out.
• David (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was just right. The owner Nasis was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him. The information he sent was spot. There was nothing to dislike.
