• Beverley (6/5): Good stay, won’t be back at this unit. - Great location and good pool Property is on the market, so limited cooking/ eating items for a family of 5. There was 4 plates, bowls and a few glasses. No pots large enough to cook pasta, no chopping boards etc. R&H did organise for light bulb replacement on our 3rd day so there was light in the living area. We had to rewash everything before use, as food/ dirty items. Won’t ever book through booking.com and R&H. Charged $700 more than advertised, paid $3910, advertised at $3208. Although R&H said we could cancel, we would have lost 100% of what we paid!! Also sent several emails justifying why we should have paid more than $3910. But never acknowledged that that wasn’t what was advertised inclusive of all fees and charges. With over 50 booking.com bookings that we have made this is the only time I have had an issue. Also check your texts for check in details!! Nothing on booking.com or email… chose to text from a random number!!
