Guest Reviews
- Sara (8/5): Perfect location, clean apartment, helpful Management. - n/a
- Chee Fui (2/5): -
- Sanamdeep (2/5): - Mat was so dirty blood marks on bed sheets smells so bad Old
- Daniel (10/5): Would stay again. - Great location. Spacious. easy access and exit. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions.
- Raelene (4/5): I wish to thank the hosts for the full refund. - We cancelled the booking on arrival. Luckily the hosts agreed to a full refund when I contacted them. The unit was not as advertised on booking.com.
The air conditioning was vented through the windows so the blinds would not hang properly letting light into the rooms. A very tired unit. A shame because it was a great location.
- JOHN (1/5): Disgusting photos advertises were new and we wer in a slum. - Location was good It was old, dirty, run down. Bugs. Advertised parking but wasn’t any. Definitely not worth $998 a night.
- Samundra Dhakal (5/5): Uncomfortable And Bad experience - Right at the city centre The rooms were not as it looked like in the picture. The entrance, hallway, lift were all smelly. The whole building had a very pungent odour and the building and rooms felt very old.
The beddings and bedsheets felt quite untidy and uncomfortable. I would not recommend to book this room and it is not worth the money at all.
- Stacey (3/5): - Location First had to get key up the rd from a pole in lock box filthy on the ground, apartment mould all through bathrooms air conditioning old hanging out windows in rooms didn't work so noisy & full of dust, towels smelt, sink tab wobbly & broken, carpet ripped in hall ways, broken blinds windows didn't open. Chairs broken and no padding let, overall terrible 6 people 4 beds & a pull out that didn't pull out. Pillows like rocks, bed was comfy in single rooms. Very noisy at night. Rooms so hot no access to open windows to get fresh air.
I have uploaded photos could only add 4.
Kitchen sink tab was wobbly and nearly feel off.
For just under $1000, 1 night was a joke never recommended.
- Bisentrum (10/5): -
- Verna (6/5): -
- Yogendra (6/5): It was good but could have been better - Location Not well kept. The lamps were not working
- Cindy (1/5): - This property was not clean.
The sofa bed which was not even the size of a single bed had stains on it
The sofa beds were not made up
Neither were appropriate for a bed
there were no blankets for a winter stay
there was a cushion with a pillow slip on it not suitable for a pillow
owners did not really want to know anything & after writing that they would refund as we had to leave & stay elsewhere have refused to respond/ reply to msgs & ph calls

- Marcelize (6/5): -
- Powers (6/5): - Great location and very spacious apartment, The apartment is getting a little run down and needs some maintenance. The air-conditioning isn't great.
- Jason (5/5): Passable - The location was great. The beds were comfy (minus the pillows). The place was in general a bit run down and not very clean. The bins weren't emptied from the previous guests (the bin beside the toilet was full of used tampons). The pillows sucked.
- Evelyn (8/5): Family staycation with young kids - The location is good. A short walk to reach Chinatown Sydney and World Square Mall. There are many shops just directly below the apartment. Night time was quiet.
The host was responsive and friendly when we had issues. The shower head is fix. Cannot be lower or to be hand held. Having a little difficulty if you need to shower young children.
- Vinay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cliff (6/5): Pleasant - The size was really good for four adults The TV aerial cable at the back of the TV was loose and kept giving a bad reception
The fold out bed in the lounge was broken and could not be used
- Hongguan (10/5): Fantastic location in the heart of Sydney, with a spacious and modern interior—highly recommended! - I had a great stay at this two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Sydney! The location is fantastic—right next to Chinatown and Darling Harbour, making it super convenient to get around. While the building is a bit old, the interior is modern, spacious, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sydney!
- Y (8/5): Very good - Location, size of the apartment, close to transport. The airconditonersystem, the shower not very clean , too noisy at nights .
- Wyatt (8/5): It was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Don’t have any complaints at all. - It was very spacious apartment and had heaps of room. It did get hot very quickly with out air cons on
- Charmaine (3/5): Mobile air conditioning units in each room were extremely noisy, but there is no ventilation so they had to stay on, ove - The only thing going for this property is the location (if Chinatown appeals to you) and proximity to public transport. Cleanliness was not good. Pictures of advertised property do not match the property. Furniture and carpets terribly stained. Bathrooms mouldy.
- Leah (6/5): The area and unit it self were great but could more clean , small changes need to happen for better reviews - It was in a good location for the icc theatre and darling harbour
Beds were clean and comfy
Happy about wifi and tv options
Plenty of ice
Enough cutlery and plates etc
Friendly local people and clean area
Had to contact the owner and they were very helpful Both showers were covered in mold, which turned you off having a shower completely as you couldn’t stand in there without trending on it.
The only cooling was air conditioning/dehumidifier, which was attached to the window, it made for a very sweaty nights sleep as they were terribly loud, didn’t cool much down and had lights on them which lit the whole room up, couldn’t open windows as the aircon was attached and had no fly screen
There were coffee sachets, tea and sugar but no milk
Also the lift wasn’t attached to the car park so we had to walk up and down 4 levels to get stuff out of car/take stuff up to hotel, which was very bad as one of our family members is disabled and can barely walk
We weren’t told what level the car park was on so had to check every slot coming up.
Also hadn’t been told what level the unit was on, so had to ask a local.
Could’ve been dusted and vacuumed more, as well as cleaning the couches and chairs as they were stained
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Great location clean and tidy the apartment came with everything we needed
- Naomi (9/5): Superb -
- Verity (5/5): Good location, needs some TLC - The apartment was well positioned for China Town and Darling Harbour. Both barhrooms were filthy, with mould and mildew throughout, especially in the showers. The sofa bed couldn't be folded into a level surface, and definitely wasn't a suitable 5th bed for our family. Our youngest daughter was the only one who was small enough to fit on the lopsided sofa bed and subsequently had very broken sleep.
There was a large amount of noise overnight, either from neighbours slamming doors, flushing toilets or whatever else it was that they were doing, and there was large amount of street noise even 9 floors up with all the windows closed.
- Kristine (6/5): Good property for a family of 5 but the kitchen needs to be cleaned. - The location is good if you want to spend your holidays around Chinatown, as shops and restaurants are just right outside your doorstep. Spacious property for a family of 5. We love the toys for the kids. Netflix is available but you need to sign into your own account. Extra doonas and pillows are the best! Plenty of ice in the freezer, it felt so good to have ice on our drink from the traffic. The dishes and mugs weren’t washed but has the evidence of food from the people who have last used it and the sponge was filthy. Not enough bowls. No sugar available at the pantry.
- Leigh (8/5): Very good - Easy self check in
- Lisa (5/5): Passable -
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
