Nao e nao gostar , apenas a questão das lances de escadas, com mala fica um pouco difícil , mas pela estadia valeu a pena.

Staff and owners were very helpful and friendly. It was great to have the kitchen to prepare meals. I would stay here again, it was great!

It’s in a peaceful neighborhood, but also very close to the shuttle from the airport, and steps from a bus that takes you right to St. Peters and other sights in Rome. It’s close to cafes, restaurants, and markets. The apartment itself is quiet and incredibly clean. The hosts are thoughtful and responsive. I felt safe, comfortable, and very pleased with my accommodations.
• Shana (9/5): Superb - It was great to stay in a real neighborhood and the building is beautiful. Balcony so cute, kitchen and coffee lovely, staff so kind, room warm and cozy. It was a little bit far from the center of the city, and the public transportation was confusing (to us), so we ended up spending a bit on taxis to and from every day. But it wasn't TOO far, maybe 15 euros a taxi, so it was still a good value.

• Rizalina (6/5): Pleasant - Bigger room. *The train station is a bit far on foot. I know the check out is at 10am but I was about 10.14/15 later checking my way out of the accommodation and just when I was about to go out the cleaner with the new guests was trying to open the room good thing I put the key on the keyhole so she could not open the door. I haven’t even advised that I was already out of the room. As a result, I had to rush out of the room coz there were already people waiting for me outside. *In fairness, Francesco and Salman usually replied immediately to my messages especially when I got stranded in Florence. *I didn’t ask but I didn’t find any lift to go up the 2nd floor so if you have big luggage then it’ll be a struggle. I had smaller but it was heavy and a racksuck.

• Jacques (8/5): Recommended! - Comfortable and clean. AC worked well. Hosts were efficient and helpful, and communicated well throughout. Neighbourhood felt safe. Occasional noise at night in view of passing police cars / ambulances. Around 35 mins walk from St Peter's Basilica.
• Tom (9/5): Great, clean apartment with decent facilities - Really good setup. Roya and Francesco were both incredibly helpful and on hand for any questions and advice. The location is a little bit further out from central Rome, although it is close to the Vatican and Pineto Park, if you want something a bit quieter it is great. Getting around wasn't the easiest, but this is more of an issue with Roman public transport than the location!

Shout out to Roya and Salman, who are really nice and welcoming hosts! The day we had our flight there was a transport strike and they personally drove us to the airport at 2:00 am which was absolutely amazing of them! 🙏 Thank you guys!

The room is small but just perfect for two people, it has a bed, a small table, couple of chairs, tees and a big closet. The access to the apartment is by oneself and it is really easy to get in. I was offered with a shuttle bus from the Airport to the street where the hotel is located for super cheap price. Also the A/C was working perfectly

• Nerlisa (10/5): A perfect stay - + Location of the apartment is perfect. Shuttle bus from the airport stops 5-minute walk from the apartment, there are two metro stops to the city centre in about 5-minute walking distance and a bus stop 2 min walking distance. Some amazing restaurants are under 10-minutes walk away and if you want some snacks and cook your meals, a cheap supermarket around the corner. + Very nice and attentive owners. We received a lovely and kind welcome and they were really responsive as well, for any questions or requests we had. + Clean apartment with a clean room and bathroom, cleaning service is also provided, for fresh towels and room refreshment. The room was spacious as well. There is a fully functional kitchen with a coffee machine, for a lover of slow mornings such as myself, it was very handy. + Extra plus from me for the really strong shutters that shut down the balcony door completely, keeping the light out in the morning. + AC in the room in Rome in July, saved lives. 🙂 Honestly, no complaints. And we stayed for 8 nights, if there would be anything to complain about, we would notice it. Really a place to return to when coming back to Rome.

Kitchen is shared but it is ok, with microwave, fridge and coffee maker machine. From kitchen you can enter a nice balcony. We had our breakfast there. Location is great.Metro and bus stop is very near and the bus stop for the Shuttle bus to Fiumicino airport also. We had a great stay.

Interiors were nicely done and its value for money for sure. Small shops around the area as well for day to day errands. Highly recommended!

Very near Vatican, market shops and restaurants in surrounding, washing machine, full equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction), terrace. Most comfortable bed! Size od the shower, it’s very uncomfortable to use ( size about 1x1). You cant even turn around. Even for small person like my wife it’s hard to use and wash your hair.
• Stella (9/5): Superb - Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, with a direct bus route from the airport to the accommodation. Additionally, the metro station is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk, and bus transportation is also readily accessible from this area. The owners were highly informative and responsive to our needs. Moreover, the shared kitchen was well-equipped, adding to the convenience of our stay. Since the room faces the road, there can be occasional noise, though it was not overly bothersome.

The beds were amazing, the neighborhood so quiet at night, the plac - Our cab driver showed us where it was as we were off a long fight! lol! The main door opens to an airy hallway leading to a kitchen area with 3 rooms off the hall-well spaced-very private once inside. Nice windows (which opened) the beds and pillows were super comfy) nice large cupboard to unpack and hang up things. Area had everything you could need in a walkable distance. Including a barber for a haircut, restaurants, a green grocer, a good little Osteria and great coffee, cornettos and service at Caracalla right around the corner- best coffee at half the prices of around the monuments! Bus stops within a block, and metro and a carré four a short walk. We were happy the had the option of an elevator. The bathroom was a little small in room 2, not in room 1.

The flat is also located quite close to a Metro station, which was very convenient. The only downside for me was that the shower was faltering a bit and the hot water went away after 5 minutes (during winter).

• Alina (10/5): Exceptional - Felt like dear and welcomed guests here, will definitely come again. Okay, let’s start with the entrance. It was clean and very cosy. If you have a heavy bag, that’s won’t be a problem, because there is a nice elevator for 3 people. I really like staying in apartments, as they are usually equipped with everything I need, for ex. Plates, forks, a microwave, etc. And this place wasn’t an exception. The kitchen was really spacious and convenient, there was a fridge, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, plenty of utilities. Another great thing is- there was olive oil, salt, pasta, pepper, etc. And the terrace with the table and chairs was was really nice. We had breakfast there. By the way, there was a washing machine which was kindly offered by the owner. Another thing I liked were the convenience stores where you can buy groceries, which were a couple of steps away. Talking about the room- it had everything I needed. A lot of clean towels, a table, a kettle (thanks for that, we enjoy drinking tea), plenty of cups, a nice bed, many hangers and a huge wardrobe. And the smart tv of course. In addition, the air conditioner worked perfectly. The bathroom was nice as well, there was hot water permanently, a lot of soap, very good shampoos ( I have pretty long hair, and I liked using them), they smelled nice. The owner was generous to give them to us. On top of that, I’d like to notice the cleaning guy’s work. When we were out, our towels as well as bed sheets were changed and the room was cleaned thoroughly. Thanks! The owner of this apartment was a really nice and kind guy. It was a pleasure to meet him. I’ll definitely will stay in this place again when I come to Rome to pass my English exams. Thank you so much ☀️
• Sasa (9/5): Superb - Room is spacious, bathroom is large, shared kitchen is well equpited. Bed is very comfortable. Property is in a quiet neigborhood, near the bus and metro stations. Stuff is very friendly and helpfull.
• Víctor (9/5): Superb - The room is perfect, probably the best I have experienced in Rome (considering I have been going to Rome more or less every 15 days for the last six months and have stayed in a lot of different places) it is outside of what you would call the city center… unfortunately the subway closes early in Rome so taxi it’s the only real option if you are planning to stay until late.
• Soso2k (9/5): Great location & Super Service. - The apartment is well located, not far from Metro =600 meters /Bus. =400meters. Lot of restaurants, local shops /Carrefour nearby. The apartment is clean and well equipped. We can use kitchen for , cooking plates/warm foods. The host - Francesco is very kind, polite and very helpful in guiding us 🙏👍.. Thks alot. Everything is Great by the way. We're happy to select this place in Rome. We stayed in room#2 ( in the middle between room# 1&3) . The wall is thin, so we could hear the noisy sounds of key turning, opening /closing doors, guest talkings or even walking steps on floor.
• Florentina (8/5): Very good - The location it great near metro station and various busses, the acces from the main street is fast and easy. The room was nice and clean, the unit have shared acces to a well equipped kitchen, tea and coffe machine. The street is kind of noisy.
• Katuin (10/5): Exceptional - Salman and Francesco were really accommodating and responds quickly to your queries. You will feel right at home in their place. It was also very accessible using public transport and yet it is still a quiet neighborhood but with enough shops for what you need. I highly recommend staying here especially if you prefer somewhere close to the Vatican.
