Guest Reviews
- yangsen (8/5): -
- Chihiro (4/5): Disappointing - Location was so good close to subway money exchange is bottom of the hostel Shower didn’t have hot water
- Wenwei (5/5): Passable - I found a bug on the bed
- Paul (5/5): Passable - For approximately US$35 per night, I was able to tolerate the basic and very small (approximately 7 m²) room with its own small combined shower and toilet area
- Magdalena (1/5): Bad - Close to the centre Nightmare ! The real name of this place is - day and Night . They changed it on booking only because that one has bad comments . The room is such small for two people that we coundn’t open the suitcace even . Terrible entrance and unind people . So dirty place .
- Tupe (8/5): Very good - Budget friendly stay in Kowloon. Very close to public pier. Close to affordable Filipino and Pakistani eateries.
- Roy (8/5): Very good -
- Nonchuda (6/5): Pleasant - Room is clean Small bed
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Smail (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jan (1/5): All the other hotels have been better. - Located middle of the city. But the subway system is really good. At first when I had booked and paid, I got confirmation where they said that they will collect 20% extra charge from cleaning and electricity. When we checked in they give us 1000 extra charge (Hong Kong Dollar). The room were super tiny like cabin in the old boats. The room was super dirty. Under the bed there haven't been cleaning for years. And the safetybox was there, so we couldn't use it because that was super dirty too. So when we go out we always should take our valuables with us. In front of elevator I saw a rat. Tv wasn't working. Toilet seat was missing a lid and it looked black. Aircon was working but it was blowing moldy air. At first there wasn't any towels but we asked towelS, they give us one towel. The view to outside was so depressing that we used curtains all the time.
- Juan (5/5): Passable -
- Gilbert (1/5): Bad -
- Annaliza (1/5): So disappointing! - The staff weren’t friendly at all. The rooms are dirty, I had allergies on my legs because of bed bugs. There are mice inside the room. The bathroom door’s lock was broken. The price of the room wasn’t worth it at all! I will never book on this property again. Please check their registration because there was no Vienna Hostel in the list at the building, they let us stay in the 17th floor, it’s like a hidden place not even accessible by elevator.
- Yadav (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gilbert (1/5): Bad -
- Jherzky (1/5): Bad -
- Zohaib (7/5): Good -
- Jherzky (1/5): Bad -
- Ronald (2/5): Not good. - It was bad. Smelly. Not clean. Wi-Fi was poor. The room and tight space.
- Malayan (7/5): Good - The place is very accessible..budget friendly..if just for a place to sleep and bathe.. Some staffs are friendly..but a lady in the reception doesn't even smile and and quite intimidating..
- Mark (10/5): excellente - staff nothing
- Collado (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eun (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good Facility
- Bluetraveler7 (4/5): I would not stay here again...the beds are impossible to sleep in...smelly....hectic! - The staff was friendly, and helpful.
Airco was ok. First of all....Vienna Hotel or Hostel....doesn't seem to really exist. When I got there, these people manage a ton of individual hostels inside the same building. You will get a spot on whichever of their properties has space at that time. The hotel that I booked, was not on their list...so I guess this is just an entry name they give.
I guess the deal is...if a property they own gets too many bad reviews....it magically disappears and gets restarted with a different name.....
The room was 1/3 of the size they said during the reservation....if I would extend my arms, I could touch both walls. The beds were horribly uncomfortable....I didn't get a single good night of rest here. The room is flooded with smells, and all around this property it seems they are constantly cooking so you feel like you are sleeping next to a 24/7 kitchen.
The location is very central, but there's a very shady vibe...specially at night.
- Omsiah (7/5): Good -
- John (8/5): Great value for money, specially in Hong Kong. - Great location, value for money, all my request is granted.
- Darwin (7/5): Good - Near to access with MTR and other shopping centres The female receptionist is quite rude. i just told her that I messaged them via Booking.com and not reported them. i haven’t gone to the reception because I’m in the middle of a meeting via online. i checked in without toilet paper, tooth brush, towels or even slippers. It is one of the basic expectation to any guest house and due diligence to have it all ready once the guest checked in. She scolded me on a condescending manner that this should not be a big issue. I wasn’t being argumentative that time but I just said that I requested towels via booking.com. I will never go back to this guest house. Aside from that, when I checked out, this male attendant rolled my eyes on me because I doorbelled on the reception little did I know that he is sleeping. So I gave my keys and shood me away because apparently, I disturbed his sleep.
- Alan (4/5): Place is convenient but room is too small. Tho Staff are polite/accommodating - I booked a bigger room as advertised but we were transferred in a different hotel with very small rooms. Tho same owner of hotel.
- Alan (4/5): Not recommended - Good location Rooms given is different than what was booked. Rooms TOO small.
WIFI too weak
- Madelyn (4/5): Disappointed - Cheating..I book for 2 and paid for 2 person .thhe bed they provide is small for just 1 person.. couldn't sleep well.i complained but the staff says that's how it is .very disappointed It's clean.
