• Simon (5/5): 9,5 čistoča??? 🤔 - Lokacija je bila enkratna, stavba sodobna in lepa, blizu trgovina, ubahn, vglavnem top lokacija Balkoni popolnoma zapacani z iztrebki golobov, bom priložil slike, noro, ko si odprl vrata balkona je zasmrdelo po iztrebkih, toliko jih je bilo. Pri drugih stanovanjih sem opazil da imajo to rešeno z drobno mrežo. Kuhinja je zanimivo zasnovana, ampak ko jo odpreš, ne moreš več v kopalnico ker se vrata prekrivajo... Ko sem se odločal katero stanovanje izbrati sem seveda pregledal komentarje in sem se na podlagi njih odločil za točno to, ker je bila ocena 9,5 če se ne motim, ampak balkoni so katastrofa. Poleg tega v tuš kabini na eni strani vrat ni tesnil in voda teče po celi kopalnici??? Vglavnem za ta denar sem pričakoval veliko več oziroma vsaj čiste balkone in zatesnjeno tuš kabino. Niti na cigaret ne moreš, brez da stopiš na drek???

• Baran (8/5): - Ogólnie cały pobyt oceniamy bardzo dobrze. Miejsce było wyjątkowo czyste i zadbane, co zrobiło na nas bardzo pozytywne wrażenie. Dodatkowym atutem była świetna lokalizacja – łatwy dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej zdecydowanie ułatwiał poruszanie się po okolicy. Pobyt przebiegł spokojnie i komfortowo, dlatego z przyjemnością polecamy to miejsce innym. Kontakt z obsługą był nieco ograniczony, zwłaszcza w momencie, gdy na czacie pojawił się link, który wzbudził nasze wątpliwości. Zaniepokojeni możliwością oszustwa, postanowiliśmy zadzwonić pod numer podany w rezerwacji. Osoba, która odebrała, stwierdziła, że „to tak pewnie ma być”, co niestety nie rozwiało naszych obaw. Być może przydałoby się nieco więcej jasności i zaangażowania w takich sytuacjach, aby goście czuli się pewniej i bezpieczniej.

• Behlul Avcı (10/5): - Ergonomik tasarım, anlatılan bütün olanaklara sahip site içerisinde markete 10 MT metro hattına 200mt şık ve kaliteli tasarım. İletişimi güçlü ev sahibi çok memnun kaldık yine geleceğiz ❤️
• Giedrius (10/5): Two night stay with the aim to attend great concert in the Stadium nearby. - It was short stay with part of my family with the purpose to attend a concert in Ersnt Happel Stadium. The location for that purpose was perfect - 10 min walk till the stadium. The studio was quite ascetic, but taking into consideration our aim, it was in line with expectations. Overall it had all necesary equipment and was close both - to U-Bahn and Stadium. Some more clear instructions how to sort garbage and where garbage room is would be welcome, as rules quite differ among countries.

• Anonym2675 (10/5): - Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke perfekt! Das Stadion und der Prater sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar 👍 Leider war die Aussicht nicht sehr gut. Die wäre auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes spitze gewesen!
• Adnana (9/5): Nice apartament - A modern apartment located in a new and modern building, where the entrance door opens by itself, very interesting and beautiful. The building has plants on all the balconies and makes it a building of the future and very environmentally friendly. The view from the terrace is particularly beautiful, we could also see the horse races on the adjacent hippodrome. A quiet, modern and clean neighborhood. Supermarket nearby, beautiful apartment. Enough toilet paper rolls for the entire stay The lack of a disinfectant in the toilet, it would have been useful so that we could disinfect the toilet ourselves. The lack of soap and liquid shower gel. Some of the walls of the apartment were dirty, too bad, it deserves a washable paint to make the apartment look like new.
• K. (9/5): Great apartment in Vienna!! - The apartment is furnished very well and practically. Even though the apartment is not really big, the space was used great and it does not seem narrow at all. The service was reachable and the technical stuff with the codes etc. worked perfectly. One thing that could have been better is the sleeping couch which was a bit uncomfortable and the floor was a little bit dirty, but not too dirty!!

• Katja (10/5): Perfect stay in Vienna - Wonderful stay in Vienna. The flat is brand new, in a brand new building. So well equipped! There is nothing missing! It is perfectly situated, just next to the U-Bahn.
