• Norbert (10/5): Traumhotel mit mega Aussichtslage - Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und bemüht,sogar schon vorab Kontaktaufnahme für Infos etc vom Hotel. Zimmer schön und groß, Minibar wird kostenlos(!) nachgefüllt. Frühstück wie Abendessen mit einer sehr großen Auswahl und TOP Qualität,ich liebe den Orangensaft-Press-Automat! Hotel-Spa Bereich sehr schön,Wasser sehr warm, auch hier kostenlose Snacks und Säfte! Viele gemütliche Liegen. Aussicht aufs Kitzsteinhorn natürlich Top! Das gesamte Hotel wirkt hochwertig und das Preis/Leistungsverhältniss hat gut gepasst! Großer Kritikpunkt: Die Eismaschine in der Panorama-Sauna "spuckt" alle 5sec Eis aus auf eine "Blechrutsche", was wirklich sehr laute und penetrante Geräusche macht! Wir waren allein am Abend in der Sauna und wollten auf den Panoramaliegen in der Sauna die Ruhe genießen...undmöglich wenn alle 5sec das Eis herunterscheppert. Unglaublich das dies nicht mehr Leuten auffällt. An einem Ort der Entspannung hat das nix verloren und wir gingen am 2ten Tag deswegen auch nicht mehr in die Sauna. Die Parkgarage könnte bei einem so hohen Preis auch gratis sein,auf die 8€ kommts a nimmer drauf an ;-) Ansonsten alles perfekt!

• F. (9/5): Erg aangenaam hotel, geweldig uitzicht op de hoge bergen. Top voorzieningen. - Goed ontbijt, het personeel, vooral het mannelijke, doet wel wat vreemd. Je moet per se weer aan dezelfde tafel gaan zitten, echter twee keer zat er al een ander stel, dus we hebben drie verschillende tafels gehad. Het verhuizen ging op een niet vriendelijke manier. Bij het diner vond ik de hoofdgerechten matig. De voorgerechten waren goed.

• Alexander (10/5): - Лучший отель в регионе с роскошным выбором саун, бань, бассейнов и других активностей. Великолепный завтрак (волшебный омлет, богатый выбор). Достойный ужин с огромным буфетом закусок и десертов (в принципе, можно вполне на ужин ограничиться необъятным выбором закусок и салатов). Персонал прекрасно подготовлен. Номер в новом крыле на 1 этаже с террасой и выходом на лужайку - идеален для отдыха и решения рабочих задач (так как огромные окна выходят на лужайку, с нижнего расположения номера почти не слышна федеральная дорога). Непременно вернусь снова. Спасибо.

• Dietmar (9/5): Gerne wieder einmal nach der laufenden Renovierung. - Sehr freundliches Personal, der Aufenthalt war angenehm wie immer. Frühstück und Abendessen wie immer top. Das Personal war sehr kinderfreundlich! Zimmerreinigung vor der Anreise war mangelhaft. Getränkeflecken am Fußboden neben dem Bett, mehrere gut sichtbare „Fettfinger“ auf der Balkontüre (Glas) und am Fernseher (Bildschirm).

• manfred (8/5): - Das Essen war vorzüglich. Eine bestellte Tischdekoration anlässlich einer persönlichen Feier wurde trotz Zusage am Vortag leider nicht gemacht. Das Zimmer war um 13:30 noch immer nicht gemacht. Die Barfrau in der Therme (Frau S.) hatte offensichtlich einen sehr schlechten Tag.

Ein Frühstück und Abendessenangebot das wir noch nirgendwo anders erlebt haben, sogar die Minibar im Zimmer wurde täglich kostenlos aufgefüllt mit hochwertigen Fruchtsaft und Mineralwasser .Hochwertige Liegen im Wellnessbereich , wirklich ruhig mit ausreichenden Platzangebot und der Infinitypool legendär. Die öffentliche angeschlossene Therme ruhig mit ausreichend Platz Die Saunaaufgüsse abwechslungsreich, besonders aufgefallen ist der Saunameister Manuel der das mit sehr viel Hingabe präsentiert. Da gibt's nichts wem das nicht gefällt der sollte daheim bleiben

Iets aan de dure kant. - Locatie en spa Men is kennelijk niet gewend dat mensen alleen logies+ontbijt boeken. Elke ochtend was het weer “gedoe” om een tafel te krijgen. Schoonmaak kamer kon beter. Werd meestal pas tussen 15 & 16u gedaan, juist als wij weer terug op de kamer kwamen. Geen koffie of thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Douchen in bad wat een uitdaging kan zijn voor sommigen.

• Maarten (9/5): - Heel schoon en net hotel. Het was heel erg warm om de kamers. En we konden de temperatuur zelf niet naar beneden stellen ondat dit centraal ingesteld staat.
• Petr (10/5): Skvělý pobyt - Termální bazény, pestrá a velmi chutná nabídka strabování formou bufetu, milý personál, vtdálenost od skiareálu a krásné okolí alpských hor. Skutečnost, kterou hotel asi nemůže ovlivnit, ale skibusy ke skiareálům jezdily i ve vytížených časech pouze v půlhodinových intervalech a v množství návštěvníků byl problém se do nich vůbec dostat.

• Jan (8/5): Celkově jsme byli spokojeni, krásné místo s nádherným spa, jak pro dospělé, tak pro děti. - Úklid na pokoji nebyl dostatečný s ohledem na cenu pobytu. Postele průměrně pohodlné. ( nízká matrace s ohledem na vysoký okraj postele) Přistýlka tvrdá.

• Kristýna (10/5): - Byli jsme zde s rodinou již potřetí. Hotel i služby jsou perfektní. Lyžařské terény jsou jak pro pokročilé lyžaře, tak pro začátečníky.
• Gkikas (8/5): Nice stay - We loved the breakfast and dinner, the view from our room and the lobby was perfect for a drink. Staff was clean and professional. We didn't like that there wasn't a private pool for the residents of the hotel and all where accessible from day visitors paying a fee to enjoy the pools. For a 4 star hotel you would expect more privacy and more organized and more clean the pool area and not trying to squeeze in from the amount of people visiting the pool area.
