Very helpful hostess Liza - excellent communication. Met us at 1am with a chilled bottle of Prosecco because our flight into Florence was delayed! Nothing

The host was easy to work with. - It was located in a nice part of Florence where sites were easily accessible but not a crowded area with tourists. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Loves the rooftop deck. Nothing that we didn’t like but you do need to be aware that the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs.

• Bernard (10/5): Excellent 3 bedroom apartment with rooftop views - Wonderful hosts, Liza and Russell, greeted us with prosecco on arrival and shared great stories. Very comfortable living space and private rooftop seating. Perfect location, everything in walking distance. Be aware there are quite a few steps to the top apartment. No problem for us, but might be tricky if you have mobility difficulties.

• Qilong (10/5): Exceptional - best location in the center of Florence, very helpful staff and very beautiful rooms, it’s clean and modern facilities. I hope to come back again! private parking but you should call they first because of the traffic jams in the central city.

There was a roof top terrace which has lovely views and even a hot tub which was perfect after a day of walking. The host Lisa was amazing she went above and beyond to help us during our stay.
