Joanne (7/5): - Plenty of room, pool for kids, close to beach Lawn and gardens were pretty overgrown, we stayed last year and it was beautifully maintained, quite a bit of rubbish around pool area- dog poo bag, toilet paper, old deflated pool toys Quite expensive so a bit disappointing

Francis (7/5): No sea, no view and no pool - The villa is big and well fenced. Great for a local family but not for tourists. Seaview. Just the name of the lane. There is no sea and no view. The view is of high fences and windowless walls and rooftops. The 10 minutes walk to the cliff and the beach makes it a destination. Not what we expected. No WiFi. I knew. I have my own, but inconvenient for 3 people. The pool had not been cleaned before our arrival and we could not use it. The kitchen had limited resources. Going to town to pick-up and drop-off our keys could have been avoided with a locked box.

Mal (7/5): Little things could have made it a lot better. - Good location, quiet cup de sac, very close to the beach which was unfortunately closed. No Wi-Fi, limited toilet rolls and no tissues., faulted the dishwasher which was hit and miss. Main en-suite door faulty and was reported. Bed had a topper which was too soft for me
Joanne (10/5): Our annual getaway to Agnes/1770 has found a new home base 🩷 - Location was perfect, just behind the dunes so a very short walk to surf beach. House was very comfortable with plenty of room and a lovely pool and outdoor area for relaxing. We loved it! We loved it, but as NRL fans would have appreciated some sort of basic internet connection so we could access our own streaming apps on the tv
