Apartament owszem duży, z dwoma łazienkami, jednak zaniedbany (urwany pojemnik na papier, oderwana listwa przypodłogowa), liczne odciski palców zostawione na lustrach przez poprzednich gości... Obiekt nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań.

El desayuno es con buffet, variado y buena calidad. El salón donde sirven el desayuno es muy amplio y con una terraza que lo rodea con vistas a toda la ciudad y al mar. El personal es muy amable y atento. Todo perfecto. Eché en falta fruta en el buffet de desayuno. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Trop léger , peu de choix et pour ma part je suis déçu qu’il n’y ait pas de beurre , pas de viennoiseries, pas de fruits. C’est vraiment dommage !

• Naeema (9/5): Fantastic , Muslim friendly , peaceful - I loved the fact that the hotel was right next to the masjid . So convenient. There were also a few places to eat down the road and a bus stop . The hotel is roughly a 14 minute walk to the beach but the walk didn’t feel too long . My favourite part was the rooftop restaurant . We stayed in April and only breakfast was available however I am not sure how it would be in other months of the year . The staff were lovely and the hotel just seemed so peaceful . Would defo reccomend . Reception was empty most of the time however we did not need any assistance

• Małgorzata (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt;) - Super miejsce, spacerkiem do plaży mieliśmy 10 minut. Blisko sklepy, cicha okolica. Hotel położony na wzgórzu, z balkonu ładny widok na morze i okolice. Pyszne śniadania, które jedliśmy w restauracji na piątym piętrze, skąd również mogliśmy podziwiać piękne widoki na morze i okolice. W pokojach czysto, w ciągu tygodniowego pobytu mieliśmy kilka razy sprzątany pokój, wymienianą pościel oraz ręczniki. Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa całego obiektu 🙂

Limpio, atención inmejorable, desayuno incluido y variado… genial, vistas buenas, parking, ascensor (que ahí es raro en muchos lugares), todo.
• Love the world. (10/5): - The staff was very friendly. They offered to take us to the beach with the hotel car. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. And the view from the rooftop where we had breakfast was fantastic.

El personal está constituido por una familia que son muy agradables y amables y que te intentan ayudar en todo momento. Poca variedad de desayuno. Muy poco personal, casi nunca había nadie en recepción aunque muy agradables y amables. Al lado del hotel se encuentra una mezquita y hay que tener en cuenta los horarios de las llamadas al rezo y que puede resultar un poco molesto sobretodo a las 5 de la mañana.

• alma (10/5): Würde gerne wieder kommen - Super Hotel, sehr schön Eingerichtet, super nettes Personal, Eigentümer sehr hilfsbereit. Sind mit 3 klein Kindern verreist, haben sogar ein Spielzimmer, was für die Kinder sehr schön war. Der Boden der Dusche, da lief beim Duschen das wasser raus. Und der Strand war nicht so toll. Das Hotel würde ich wieder besuchen, denn Strand nicht. Was nicht so schlimm ist den es gibt in 30 min ein super Strand von Durres.

• IMAD (10/5): - الطاقم : الموظفين جميعهم لطيفين وودودين، حيث يشعر الشخص بالتعامل معهم كعائلة الفندق : الغرف نظيفة وواسعة ومخدمة بشكل كامل من تكييف وبراد وتجهيزات أخرى ....... الموقع : موقعه قريب من الشاطئ ، منطقة هادئة لايوجد ضجيج مما يجل النوم مريح في الليل ، ممازاد الموقع جمالا ،هو المسجد الذي يقع مقابل الفندق يشعرك بالطمأنينة والخشوع وخاصة صوت المؤذن خدمة النقل إلى الشاطئ : كانت أكثر من ممتازة ، في كل مرة عندما اتصل للعودة للفندق من الشاطئ أو للذهاب للشاطئ من الفندق 10/10 كان سرعة التجاوب والانتظار لايتجاوز دقائق قليلة الفطور والمطبخ : الفطور كان متنوع ولذيذ ولدى الشخص عدة خيارات ، وعند الطلب للغذاء كان الطعم جدا لذيذ والشيف جدا ماهر من سوريا وأخوه كان جدا لطيفين ومحترمين. Auf deutsch : Personal: Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich, man fühlt sich wie ein Teil der Familie. Hotel: Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und komplett ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und weiteren Annehmlichkeiten. Lage: Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Strandes, in einer ruhigen Gegend ohne Lärm, was einen erholsamen Schlaf in der Nacht ermöglicht. Was die Lage noch schöner macht, ist die Moschee gegenüber dem Hotel, die ein Gefühl der Ruhe und Ehrfurcht vermittelt, besonders durch den Klang des Muezzins. Shuttle-Service zum Strand: Er war mehr als ausgezeichnet. Jedes Mal, wenn ich anrief, um vom Strand zum Hotel zurückzukehren oder vom Hotel zum Strand zu fahren, war die Reaktions- und Wartezeit 10/10, sie betrug nur wenige Minuten. Frühstück und Küche: Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker, es gab mehrere Optionen. Und wenn man Mittagessen bestellte, war es sehr lecker. Der Koch aus Syrien war sehr talentiert und sein Bruder war sehr nett und respektvoll.
• Carolina (7/5): Bien si buscas calidad precio - El personal sin duda es lo mejor. Tuvimos Un problema con la documentación y nos ayudaron a solucionarlo rápidamente. El hotel es bonito y el comedor tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Servicial ya que te llevan y te traen rápidamente a la playa. El servicio de habitaciones no te la hacen como estamos acostumbrados en Europa. Te estiran la sabana y te cambian las toallas. El desayuno muy básico. Esta un poco retirado de la playa pero te ponen un servicio con un carrito que te llevan y te traen hasta las 23h. Y está junto a una Mezquita con lo cual a las 5 de la mñana te despiertas con el sonido de la llamada a la oración.

La vitre de la douche elle est pas assez longue donc c'est vite la piscine partout . Le petit déjeuner reste a désiré pas vraiment le choix et fade . Pour 1 nuit c'est bien pas plus .

• Madina (10/5): Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und können den Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen. - Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Das ausziehbare Sofa war perfekt für unsere zwei Kinder. Besonders schön war auch die traumhafte Aussicht auf die Moschee und das Meer. Die Lage war ruhig und angenehm, ideal zum Entspannen. Das Personal war sehr nett, vor allem die Reinigungsfrauen. Ein Strand-Shuttle stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung – mehrmals täglich wurden wir zum Strand gebracht und wieder abgeholt. Auch mit dem Frühstück waren wir sehr zufrieden. Alle unsere Fragen und Wünsche wurden umgehend per WhatsApp beantwortet. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt war, dass es zu wenig Kleiderbügel im Schrank gab und im Zimmer kein elektrischer Wasserkocher vorhanden war.

• Cengiz (10/5): - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Für unseren ersten Albanien-Urlaub haben wir (Familie aus Deutschland, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) uns das Hilal Palace ausgesucht – anfangs natürlich wegen des Preises inklusive Frühstück. Vergleichbare Hotels direkt am Strand kosten mindestens das Dreifache. Da wir beim ersten Mal verschiedene Strände ausprobieren wollten, war das für uns perfekt. Die Anreise war unkompliziert: Vom Flughafen Tirana nach Golem benötigt man etwa 40 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Das Hotel liegt neben einer Moschee mit beeindruckender Architektur, die man auch kostenlos besichtigen kann. Ich als Schwabe und Sparfuchs habe ursprünglich ein Vierbettzimmer für 2 Nächte reserviert. Beim Einchecken bekamen wir jedoch ohne Nachfrage ein Upgrade auf eine Familiensuite, weil es dem Personal wichtig war, dass wir uns mit den Kindern wohlfühlen. Die Suite bestand aus zwei separaten Zimmern: Ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 180x200 Doppelbett, Schminktisch, Kleiderschrank und TV (inkl. kostenlosem Netflix-Zugang). Ein weiteres Zimmer mit großem Schlafsofa, ebenfalls Schrank, TV und Balkon mit Meerblick. Das gesamte Inventar sowie das Gebäude wirkten sehr neuwertig. Besonders überrascht hat uns, dass die Bezahlung erst beim Auschecken erfolgte – vorher wollte niemand Geld sehen. Das Restaurant im 5. Stock mit großer Terrasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Dort haben wir beim Espresso die Aussicht genossen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und der Kaffee sehr gut – keine Filtermaschine, sondern italienische Kaffeesorten. Der Strand liegt etwa 1,4 km entfernt (ca. 5 Minuten), was aber kein Problem ist, da ein kostenloser Shuttle-Service mit elektrischem Golfwagen jederzeit verfügbar ist. Für uns und die Kinder war dieser Transfer ein richtiges Erlebnis und sehr witzig, da wir so etwas nicht gewohnt sind – ein kleines Highlight des Urlaubs. Bei der Ankunft erhält man sogar eine Telefonnummer (inkl. WhatsApp), über die man jederzeit den Transfer oder andere Anliegen organisieren kann. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war, dass sich beim Duschen etwas Wasser im Bad gesammelt hat.

• Bernadette (9/5): - Dieses Hotel lebt vom Personal -- ausgesprochen nette Belegschaft, sehr bemüht! Der Shuttle zum Strand und um abends essen zu gehen ist perfekt organisiert man wartet nur wenige Minuten und es kommt jemand und holt einem ab!! Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist ein super Start in den Tag!
• Milot (10/5): Amazing hotel - Everything, from the big room, to the cleanliness, to the breakfast, host very welcoming. Absolute amazing stay. They even offered ride to the beach and to come back to hotel just needed to call them before hand to pick you up. Even offered a bed for the baby. Loved it.

• Damian (8/5): - Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Spaliśmy wyjątkowo dobrze. Spodziewaliśmy się, że śniadania będą na równie wysokim poziomie jak prezentowane zdjęcia pokoi. Niestety, w tym aspekcie przeżyliśmy spore rozczarowanie. ​Menu śniadaniowe było bardzo standardowe i ograniczone do kilku opcji: jajka w dwóch wariantach, warzywa (pomidor, ogórek), ser feta, naleśniki oraz kiełbaski. Oczekiwałem zdecydowanie większego i bardziej zróżnicowanego wyboru.
• Silvana (10/5): - Ho soggiornato da Hilal palace a fine Agosto, tutto perfetto partendo dalla camera molto comoda con balcone e letto spaziosissimo. La colazione buonissima e abbondante! L hilal palace è situata in una posizione quasi centrale ed offrono il servizio navetta dalla mattina fino a mezzanotte per scendere nel centro di golem e raggiungere facilmente locali e mare che distano a 5 minuti dall hotel! I ragazzi, nonché i proprietari, persone fantastiche!!!

• Clement (9/5): Très bon séjour. - La chambre est spacieuse, très agréable et propre + moderne. Personnel très sympathique et navette pour aller à la plage (+++). Belle vue au petit déjeuner.
