• Kseniya (8/5): Top location and great staff - Absolutely amazing location! great view from the balcony. The street is quiet for Naples standards - being right in the center. I loved walking it up and down and getting everything I need within 5-15 min reach Had a bit of an issue with cleanliness - but I think this can be easily fixed
• Irene (7/5): - Der Kasten, wo man den Schlüssel raus nehmen muss ist defekt. Auch bei meiner Abreise, obwohl sie es wussten. Der telefonische Kontakt war schwierig, da kaum Empfang in der Straße. Niemand von der Organisation kam vorbei. Hätte mir nicht ein junger Mann den Schlüssel mit Gewalt da raus genommen, hätte ich wohl auf der Straße geschlafen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Es gab ein Verbotsschild für die obere Etage des Raumes!

• GEORGIA (6/5): Μέτρια - Το κρεβάτι ήταν αρκετά άνετο Η τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο και στο μετρό αλλά η περιοχή αρκετά κακή θα έλεγα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρωμικο ειχε βρωμικο καθρέφτη μπάνιου καθώς και ήταν ασκούπιστα. Η ντουζιέρα είχε άλατα παντού. Ο πάνω χώρος ήταν κλειστός και στις φωτογραφίες φαινόταν μεγαλύτερο.
• Jo (10/5): A truly spectacular villa right off the main strip - wonderful hosts in a beautiful villa. There was even a cute duck in the garden. The beds were comfy. The room had very strong AC and the Wi-Fi was solid. They also provided an exceptionally delicious breakfast and the hosts were incredibly kind. They went out of their way to make our stay extra special.

• Daniela (8/5): Very good - Great location. 2 minute walk from metro line 2 and 9 minute walk from metro line 1. Property is well organized, the host sent me a video with instructions on door key pads and how to access the key box and room. Very clear directions and video was extremely helpful. The room is very well layed out and spacious. The host was very quick to solve this issue, but my room was not clean when I arrived at check-in. Cleaning staff arrived within a couple of minutes to clean it.

Also had a small refrigerator I was in the 2nd floor and the elevator on the floor was missing the call Button, so u had to walk down , at least I didn't have to walk up! lol A coffee maker isn't provided abd it would have been great if it had a microwave.

Couldn’t sleep in the bed! - Nothing we lasted one night ( out of 7) & moved to a proper hotel The bed mattress touched the boards & couldn’t be slept in! The mattress was super thin ( with no cover) No facilities it was just a room with a jug no coffee, tea only sugar. There was as nothing to do there. Ridiculous code system to get in also to sign into the property. No staff there. The tv didn’t work. Tried communicating with whoever owns it lots of messages but no answer. The lift to our floor had no button so had to walk down the stairs! Stairs to no where in room. No bedside lamps. Only one plug in the bathroom for jug, phones etc.
• Brandon (6/5): Great location and nice view out the window. The parking options were pricey at 30€ for 12 hours. I expected more from t - Location was great and near plenty of cafes and restaurants. Very dated and dusty.
• Borislava (10/5): Exceptional - The room is just amazing. Cozy, spacious and enough and accessible. The mattress was really comfortable. It is very easy to find the place. It is 10 minutes away from Piazza Dante and 15-20 from the sea shore. I really enjoyed my beer in the hidden “garden” with two very cute tables. You could put more extra pillows in the wardrobe because the two available were not comfortable for me (very soft).

• Sebastián (8/5): Comfortable - The location is in the Quartieri spagnoli. For me was super good because it was very close to restaurants and local businesses, as well as a train station. Even though is not the cleanest or quietest zone of the city, it's a good area to explore. There was little things falling off from the ceiling. But nothing to be worried about.

• Hélène (5/5): Beautiful room and great location, very unfortunate that the cleaning and bedding are not up to standard - Beautiful room in a great location, very practical, just around the Spanish neighborhood. Securised with a lot of codes. Good communication of the Dimorra team. Unfortunately the room was not clean at all : hairs on the floor and durt a little bit everywhere. It seemed that the floor cleaning was not made at all ! We asked to change our room because of that, but it was the same in the other one. Luckily, we had a better room in term of space. The bed was not very confortable, we could feel the mattress springs.

• Linda (3/5): Poor - Property looks nice, is very well located and was clean. My stay was compromised since in the middle of first night couple of people just ulocked and entered my room proclaiming its their while totally unprepared almost naked. While trying to deal with the situation by phone, the staff was constantly declining phone calls so we were in situation we didnt know what to do while everybody totally nervous, afraid and tired from the flights. Finnaly on the phone calls we were said that our room is number 4 no number 2 and we have to change rooms next day. Next day we still didnt know how exactly this situation is gonna handle and so we canceled our morning plans. Then the staff said to us number 4 with higher standard is not our room (seems like a scam). Next day again being ambushed by another person getting to my room without knocking. Our whole stay we were in constant stress there could be anybody anytime entering our room. Opening of the room is without keys just with digital code, and you never know who else has the code. We were suggested that for the inconvenience they can offer us free luggage deposit we didnt need (6€) or voucher for next time ect ...we asked for refund for the first damaged night and firstly they texted that they agree, later texting that they only can refund half of the night but ONLY AFTER we give good review…was really disapointed by unprefessional way of dealing the situation
• Lucy (7/5): Clean and comfortable - Location good, convenient for Metro and Funicular. Making it easy to get around.Close proximity to a great choice of food and shops. Room decor was modern and well presented, whilst still having elements of the old quirks of the original building. Air con was perfect making the room pleasant to come back to at the end of a long hot day. The bathroom itself was large and clean, but the sink drainage could be improved and did leak onto the cabinet below. This did not affect our stay just worth noting.

• Nela (7/5): Generally decent - Accomodation was close to the Montesarchio station and well connected to the all parts of city. Generally ok accomodation. For two nights we only got two small hand soaps and two shower caps. The whole Vikey check in made me nervous several times....my personal opinion that check in should be less complicated. But maybe someone prefers that.... Stairs are pointless, and dusty. Not big fan of somewhat transparent glass between room and bathroom.
• Marcelina (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment for two people. Very clean. The location is great, we walked pretty much everywhere. There are two metro stations close to the apartments anyways. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and, most importantly, the best open market Street Via Pignasecca, with a walking distance of 5 minutes. We ended up not having running water in our room for a whole day. However, the issue was not caused by the staff of the hotel, it was caused by the works being done on the street of Naples. Despite this unpleasant one day experience, I can guarantee the staff was helpful and was trying to fix the problem by contacting the water company. They were very responsive over the phone.

• Lyly (7/5): Clean and practicable but not the best - the room is very clean, the bed was good. we were three people staying one night and they have a bed couch for the third person. the price was rather expensive for the size of the flat. the location is very central but noisy and you have to go through small alleys to get there. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again as it is not that convenient to get there by taxi. the location was ok but not the best. customer service wasn’t very helpful or nice on the phone.

It’s disgusting and just got worse over the duration of our stay. By the end we had to keep the bathroom door shut or the entire place would stink like sewage
