• Zhanna (10/5): Рекомендую цю віллу для відпочинку. Господарка оселі весь час турбувалась про нас, місце чудове. - We sincerely thank Ms. Zoya for her warmth and hospitality. For the second time we are very pleased with our stay at this villa. The only request for future guests. A cat has become friends with us here, we named him Limassol. He is very kind and sociable, loves milk and affection. Do not offend him, because we promised him a meeting next year!

• Mark (10/5): Fantastic family villa - We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Zoe’s villa and would definitely return. The outside space and pool area were beautiful and inside the villa was clean and had every little thing you could wish for. It’s in a great location too - short stroll to the sea and fig tree bay. The final plus was Zoe herself who was such an amazing host who made us feel so welcome in her villa - thank you. We have stayed in many villas on this estate but this one has been our favourite so far.

The villa is in a perfect location - near the beach and the strip, with plenty of restaurants and shops etc. Having a private pool was fabulous and certainly contributed to very relaxing days :-)
• Marion (10/5): A Perfect stay at Zoe’s villa - We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely villa for a full month, and it truly exceeded our expectations, from the moment we arrived, we were impressed, it’s well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We spent many days just lounging by the pool, its close to the beach and not too far from the main strip in Protaras for restaurants and shops. Zoe was wonderful – welcoming, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in regularly to ensure we were enjoying our stay.
• Andre (10/5): Great villa, great location. - Zoe is a very kind and thoughtful host. We arrived at the villa after a long journey to some very welcome snacks and drinks! We had a brilliant stay in the villa. It is extremely well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for families- a short walk to the beach and restaurants yet in a quiet area. Zoe also left information at the villa providing very helpful recommendations on activities and the best authentic restaurants in the area. We would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.
