Guest Reviews
- Mark (10/5): -
- Nicola (2/5): this may have been a luxury apartment for 5 years after it was completed in 1999; it is NOT anymore - they have fixed the wifi problem flagged by previous guests
the property is in a good location, and you do have reserved parking space - though you need a can opener to get in/out of your car unless you drive a Suzuki Swift the shower head needed fixing, which we flagged within 2 hours of arriving; it took 44 hours for TABI to actually get a plumber to attend
the dryer doesn't work
the patio has a view of the pump for the kids pool; which means screaming children actually on your door step 6am - 6pm and a very ugly pump to look at
the fittings are more broken/corroded than not
there is no sound proofing; the garbage gets emptied at 5am (even on weekends) which is very loud, you can hear the elevator arrival alert in the apartment

- Selena (5/5): With the competition on Hastings street I found this expensive and lacking in service. Wouldn’t stay again - Good location No internet and no landline phone. As an elderly lady staying alone this was not safe. The Sebel staff refused to help as it was an air b n b booking.com room. Not good having apartment in a Sebel building run independently.
- Lisa (10/5): We had a great stay. - Location is awesome. Right in the middle of hastings street. You get a car space in the garage which is so convenient, especially in peak times. Wifi is not so good at all, be prepared to go back to the old way of planning and communicating with friends and family.
- Loretta (7/5): Ok , but I wouldn’t come back. - Location was great The apartment was looking tired, the bathroom, the sofa and decor are in need of a refresh. It has a verandah that looks directly on to the pool equipment, and is adjacent to the children’s pool which was often noisy and not a pleasant place to sit with no outlook . I ended up sleeping on the sofa for our 10 night stay because I found the bedroom too small and stuffy for 2 adults. It is only a queen size bed with a very heavy winter quilt which I found too hot. We didn’t use the main pool area because the pool seats were right outside other guest’s rooms, so it didn’t feel right to sit within a meter of someone else’s patio.
- Lee (10/5): It’s a tranquil resort with great amenities - Proximity to everything. Clean and spacious

- Edwina (6/5): OK for a short break but would look for a sunnier position next time. - Great location of the apartment in the Sebel Complex centrally located in the Hastings Street precinct of Noosa.
Apartment was very well equipped. Early winter and the apartment including outdoor terrace receives no direct sunlight at all.
The apartment is quite dark all day, smells a bit damp. Sofa smelt mouldy.
All the air vents were filthy and clogged with lumps of dust. Toddler pool right next to the terrace can be noisy (2 metres away) and intrusive on your privacy.
Cafe doors to terrace very hard to open.
- Haidee (10/5): Perfect location and beautiful apartment - Beautiful little apartment that ticked all the boxes. Nothing
- John (9/5): Excellent - Local Nothing
- Christopher (9/5): We had a great time - Great location and a nice place to stay
- Alyssa (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location and facilities. Can't fault anything.
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional - This is an excellent location. The main street, Hastings Street, is on your doorstep. This is an upmarket buzy street with lots of restaurants and high end shops. The gorgeous beach is just beyond.
No sea views, but a very nice pool area with shady and sunny areas.
The appartment is very spacious and well equipped. Its just a little dated begining to need a refurb. But this may be hyper critical!
- Hannah (5/5): Acceptable but expensive - The location was very convenient. The kiddy pool was great. Floor was very dirty, spa didn't work, items from the previous guests were still there. Lack of utensils (e.g two bowls, 2 sharp knives)
- Anne (8/5): Very good -
- Alexandria (3/5): Wouldn't stay here again - Location to shops & restaurants Lack of cleanliness, crockery & utensils not clean from previous guest, dead cockroaches in quite a few rooms, thick build up of dust under bed which affected allergies badly & wifi was dropping in & out a lot over 4 days. Not very clear instructions on parking. Contacted staff to advise if problems & received no reply, which is very disappointing.
- Kate (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kim (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jade (9/5): Superb -
- Liz (8/5): First family holiday with our 2 month old - bliss! - Location was great! Staff were very helpful and communicative. The room was an excellent size for our little family - very comfortable. NA
- Dianne (10/5): Perfect apartment for a break or longer holiday - The location was perfect for walking into Hastings Street and Noosa Beach. Designated parking bay just for Apartment 216 in secure parking area. Lift up to the apartment, the size of the apartment was amazing, with everything needed for our 2 day break. Very comfortable bed and very quiet, ducted aircon, deck and outdoor furniture next to children's pool could get a bit noisy during school holidays, but nice area to sit out in. TV's in lounge and bedroom, settee and two chairs in lounge areas, washer/dryer in laundry. Bathroom shower was large, jacuzzi bathtub and oodles of hot water. A better description of how to get to the apartment, the address of 32 Hastings St. is very misleading, as actually the entrance is in the street behind Hastings St. Also it would have been easier to find if it was stated that the apartment was within the Sebel complex.
- Brenda (7/5): Good location with many restaurants in walking distance, which is what we wanted. - Location and everything in walking distance Our room was by the pool and was noisy. Floor in kitchen was not clean and the throw rug must have been used outside as when I went to use it there were leaves and small sticks stuck to it.
- Pieter (9/5): Relaxing resort - Loved the facilities in general .pool .gardens, staff, convenience to shops eating, entertainment. Beach. Happy to have lifts for disability.the apartments were well, set out and privacy. Nice to have cook facilities, fridge washing needs and dishwasher. Thankfor the stay . Kind regards pete and robyn When u sit on balcony you look at kids pool and a big green box across half of view especially when its a single double room you don't wish to be beside a kids area .plants needed a tidy up we are paying good money .inside was good but shower screens not clean stains on sets of chair, dust was across back of couch and floor tiles not clean .
- Matthew (7/5): Great location and nice property - Aircon heating didn’t work
- Darren (7/5): It was good - Wifi didn’t work
- Jenara-rain (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location. Bed was comfortable. Had all the facilities needed.
All directions need, we're clear and easy to follow
- Kate (9/5): Superb -
- Jayne (10/5): Luxury in paradise with all the extras!! - Stylish, luxurious, well appointed, bed was like a cloud, convenient, comfortable couch and armchairs, just lovely! Building works meant I could not use my terrace guys in high vis just beyond the palm trees drilling and Jack hammering and needed to keep the curtains closed, the kettle wouldn’t work. All reported to the agency.
- Mandy (10/5): Great location but ad was a little deceiving - Location was amazing and bed was very comfortable A little disappointed that the pictures didn’t match what we got due to the renovations. There were a few things broken in the property and needed a good clean.
- Teal (7/5): Great locaton, shame repairs/upgrade were going on during our stay. - Good location on Hastings St , close to beach /restaurants & cafes. Comfortable bed. Apartment was quite dark. Repair/upgrade work going on at the property during our stay was disappointing as unaware this was going to be occuring. Bath had a tide mark & dryer filter had not been cleaned.
- Debbie (8/5): Very good -
