• Patricia (8/5): Comfortable stay in a secure area - Safe location, fairly easy to find. Near shops, restaurants and transport. Had all we needed for a short stay. Shame there was no parking available. Found some nearby but the rates are quite high.

• Miray Burcu (10/5): Excellent - We are gonna miss our home. There was everything that you see at the picture. You can cook smthng, iron your clothes , wash your clothes and be safe. Location was excellent . Price / performans balance was wuawww❤️(there was some laundry detergent , shampoo, towel, diswasher detergent) May be the bathroom needs some change.

• Julian (3/5): Good value, if you don’t mind the mould - Location and cost were good. Clean (apart from the bathroom). The bathroom houses the national collection of mould and fungus. The flat was painted by a blind one-armed person. Lighting is so bright, you need to wear sunglasses indoors.

• Siobhan (7/5): Clean, warm, comfortable stay. - The property was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. A nice touch was that body wash, shampoo and conditioner were all provided. It was pretty quiet given that it was only a street away from the main road. All in all it worked very well for our group of 4 mums who were down to see a show at Saddlers Wells theatre. The flat was really close to both the tube and overland stations, and quick to get to from Kings Cross, so well connected. There were some cosmetic details like the panel on the bath that could do with being touched up at some point, but on the whole flat was very nicely presented. The only thing we noticed really was that the locks on some of the windows didn’t seem particularly secure?
• Marinova (7/5): - The bathroom is covered with mould. The bathroom needs redoing because of the mould. We were opening the window after the shower, but this would not help in the long term. It needs ventilation.
• Fibrelight (1/5): Never again - Nothing We are extremely disappointed with the condition of the accommodation. The bathroom was heavily affected by mold and was entirely unusable, making the property unacceptable for occupancy. This experience ruined our overnight stay in London. As the accommodation did not meet basic hygiene and safety standards, we insist on a full refund.

• Kelly (9/5): Great place, great location. - Location to overground train was fantastic. Lots of local food places and supermarkets nearby. The rooms were small but clean and worked well for our family of 5. Everything was clean and communication from property management was excellent. Shower over bath was very narrow, but we do not have this in Australia so not sure if that is normal.

• Daniel (7/5): Good - Location was great for access to the tube. Only a 5 min walk to Dalston so easy to get to wherever you need to end up. Good late night food spots around too. Comms with host were excellent, weather was awful so not having any issues getting access was a huge positive Slight issue with bright lighting outside the main front bedroom. This was brought to the attention of the host for future reference

• Ingrid (7/5): Decent accommodation for the price we paid. - This property is basic but adequate and was good value for money for a family of 4 with late teen kids where we wanted 3 beds and 2 bedrooms (not a sofa in the sitting room) and stayed for 3 nights. There are some nice touches like providing coffee, teabags and sugar and also body wash, shampoo and towels. Also a good hair dryer is provided. I was also happy to find there was an iron and ironing board as we were visiting for a special occasion. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants etc nearby and the transport links are decent. We ate at the nearby Ethiopian (veggie) cafe and Vietnamese cafe - both v good! There is room for improvement; a better curtain in the extremely small double room to stop the light from the entry passage getting in. Some breakfast bowls that can go in the microwave- I wanted porridge:) Fixing the expelair in the bathroom it’s really unsightly, also a deep clean of the bathroom. For some people the general area may fee a bit too edgy, especially if not used to living in a city.

• Joyce (1/5): Mouldy apartment - Nothing to be liked Within a few minutes of stepping into the apartment, it felt uncomfortable. Then we discovered black mould on the ceilings and windows, which would mean there is actually a much bigger problem than the mould visible. We called the owner of the property, and I expressed my deep concerns for my young children's health. The owner advised she would get her handyman to attend and remove the visible mould, but there was no other accommodation available for us to go to. I was not happy with the situation, and requested a full refund as we were not going to stay in an apartment riddled with mould. This was at 5pm also, where we had to find another place to stay (very inconvenient thus it was bad enough for us to leave at that time with 2 young kids who were very jetlagged). The owner was rude, dismissed my health concerns, and refused a full refund. I have escalated this to booking.com who have agreed with the owner to refund 20% of the booking. However, this is not a good solution, and I am still in communication with booking.com to do something about this. Basically, don't book this apartment, and don't book with booking.com - extremely poor customer service, why do this to yourself when you want to enjoy a holiday and keep your family safe.

• Michal (8/5): Three nights in Dalston - Self check-in with very easy collection of keys, instructions were detailed and clear. Place is very close to Overground. The place is large, there were just two of us and we didn't really need one of the rooms at all. Washing machine combined with dryer was very convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bed was a bit softer than we would need. The locking mechanism on windows didn't work properly (or we weren't able to figure it out).

• Rob (8/5): Fabulous hidden gem - Flat is accessible to overground services via Dalston Junction Station. Rooms are clean and very easy to check in/out. Fabulous location with many bars, pubs, restaurants and takeaways within 10/15 minutes walking distance. Nothing of note to dislike.
