Guest Reviews
- Andrii Kuplevakhskyi (3/5): Host want to earn money and don't think about guests - Everything is badly planned or just not working. I broke my finger while entering the porch door because the handle is too close to the edge. Chairs are unstable because they lack screws. The floor lamp is broken. No air conditioning but it's impossible to sleep with open windows as the street outside is very noisy. No dishwashing machine. Even no coat rack. The hosts are unaccessible via WhatsApp. The key was collected by personnel three minutes before 10:00, the checkout time.
- katyteuk (8/5): Good value for money, and easy to reach the city - The flat was lovely. Comfy beds, nice decor, good selection of amenities and easy to reach the city There were a few issues with the flat, like broken toilet, some broken windows and some sockets and light wirings were exposed.

- Agnese (1/5): Worst expierence ever - This was the worst accommodation experience in my 20+ years of traveling. The apartment in reality is very different from how beautiful the pictures are. You can't believe them. There are an incredible number of worn and dirty places. The toilet bowl leaks onto the floor and stinks. The floor is sticky everywhere, dirty, everything is worn out, etc. One of the evenings a RAT jumped on my child's head in the stairwell. The owner did NOTHING, they didn't care. They only answered with some empty phrases and asked us to provide video or photo proof of that!
I really don't understand who wrote those good reviews about this apartment, they must have been faked.
It's a shame that I can only add 4 pictures, there are many more horror. Only good thing is location, quite central.
- Indy11ify (1/5): Bad - I paid in advance. I arrived with my family at the agreed time but no one was there to hand over the keys. I called them on the phone but no one would answer. Totally dishonest business on their part. Shame. I had to find another place to stay.
- Santiago (4/5): Expensive for what it is - There is a bus stop in front of the main door and the train station is not far away.
The bedroom-dining room is quite big. The kitchen has the basics, including a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a microwave. The entrance, including the stairs, looks tenebrous and dark.
The apartment is old, and although they seem to have tried to improve the services, still looks old.
They provide towels for showers but don't hand and kitchen towels (even if you ask for them).
There are heaters in each bedroom but it's still cold (I was there end of summer).
Smoking is forbidden but it smells of smoke inside.
- Schinnerl (10/5): Exceptional - It was good for the price. I can recommend it to low budget travellers - you have everything you need. It‘s not a Hotel, but thats ok if you spend most time of your holliday exploring the city.
- Maya (10/5): So much better than we expected - Everything was really clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. And even the TV had a really good quality. We did not expect it to be this good for the amount of money. The quests next door were a bit loud at times.
- Krstevski (7/5): Good -
- Filipp (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oleksii (10/5): Good place but it was a difficult to find a parking in area at 10 pm -
