- Simone (4/5): Nice Location, but needs major TLC as it has plenty of potential to be such a great place! - It had a great location and it has lots of potential if given some TLC and a good thorough clean and paint job. Bookings.com were very responsive when I contacted them and they were great. The property manager/real estate - well that's another story! They called us the day before we left (6 days later), after numerous calls and emails. When we handed keys back I asked if the property manager could contact us and still waiting to hear from them! Not one to ever complain, but this was worthy of complaining. We were disappointed, we only stayed the duration as it wasn't cheap and we had no other option. The smell in the unit was terrible and the mouldy walls in the bedrooms was a joke, we had to clean them ourselves as no cleaner got back in contact with us as promised! The kids beds were that bad we had to get some toppers ourselves, so the springs wouldn't jab the kids.
The hot water was very inconsistent and most of the time we all had cold to luke warm showers. The washing machine leaked every time too! Never used the cupboard, they stunk. Beware when opening kid’s bedroom window for fresh air from smell, the frame is coming off glass!
Definitely needs TLC. Disappointed and not a relaxing holiday at all. Still waiting on the real estate to contact us almost 2 weeks on! Bookings.com were great, just the property manager let this one down.
