• Maria (9/5): Overall a good experience. - Very clean and good location for my intended purpose. Host was awesome and the apartment itself cannot be faulted. I would have given it a 10 star if it wasn’t for the hearing the neighbours door slamming and being very noisy until 10 pm or so. The neighbours above were noisy, I could hear someone snoring loudly at night. Doors were slammed until after 9-10 pm!

• Elena (9/5): Чистые, стильные апартаменты. - Очень чисто, в кухне есть абсолютно всё. Кровать удобная, постель белая, большой хороший санузел, много света, полочек. Отпление ночью включалось. Близко магазин, недалеко до автобусной остановки. Очень узкая крутая винтовая лестница (мы справились, но с чемоданами было бы проблематично). Неблагополучные соседи. Коврик в ванне - хорошо, но нет полотенца для ног.

• Laurence (9/5): Really nice apartment in good location to walk to EU buildings or short walk to Gare du Luxembourg. - Stairs were quite long (4 or more floors?) and narrow and steep for bringing a suitcase up - would be a little tricky for someone not so fit or an elderly person.
• Hemlata (10/5): I loved staying at the studio. It was highly comfortable, very clean and with all facilities (towels, linen, coffe pods, - The apartment was very cozy, with all facilities in place. The host was responsive to my questions. I am personally not a big fan of narrow, spiral staircases. I was taken by surprise when I first discovered that as soon as I entered the building. The apartment is on the second floor and there was no lift. So carrying a suitcase up the stairs can be tricky.

• Niklaus (8/5): Everything met my expectations and was satisfactory. - The property was good. It featured a large bathroom with a roomy shower. Both the bathroom and kitchen were fully equipped. The place was very clean and met modern standards. The only downside of the property is the steep two flights of stairs to the apartment, which can be difficult when transporting a suitcase. In every other respect, the apartment offers excellent value.
• aa2014 (9/5): Nice place - Recently renovated clean and modern apartment. The mattress is the weak point of the apartment. It's ok but much lower quality than the rest of the apartment. The apartment is in one of the old buildings that require you to climb very narrow stairwell so it isn't an ideal place if you're not fit or if you have heavy/large luggage.

Locația este foarte bună, într-o zonă liniștită, dar aproape de tot ce ai nevoie — transport, magazine, restaurante. Studio-ul este curat, modern, bine echipat și foarte confortabil. Gazda a fost extrem de amabilă și atentă, comunicarea a fost ușoară și rapidă. M-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță aș reveni cu plăcere. O mică problemă (nu mare😊)au fost scările, dar să ținem cont ca astfel de scări sunt tipice în Belgia!

• ChrisdOull (9/5): Au propre et au calme à deux pas du quartier européen - Joli studio clair et bien équipé, calme et dans un quartier sympa. Belle salle d'eau. Il manque un fauteuil pour la détente. Attention l'escalier est très raide et vertigineux, à déconseiller aux personnes ayant des soucis de mobilité ou d'appréhension du vide.

Aldi very close by Newly renovated it seems , quiet neighborhood. The stairs is extremely narrow and very difficult to go up holding luggage. Big suitcase would be impossible. Mattress very soft

Obviously, it is typical for this part of Brussels. It will be a challenge to bring up a big suitcase. Luckily, I had only a small one with me.
• Francesca (9/5): Appartamento con tutti i Comfort necessari - L'appartamento è veramente carino. Comodo, moderno e spazioso. Il bagno bello con una grandissima finestra e una doccia comodissima. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. A circa 200 metri a piedi da un Aldi, per la spesa. La posizione non è vicina al centro, ma si è a pochi minuti a piedi dal palazzo della commissione europea, e a 5 minuti a piedi dalle fermate autobus per il centro. Le scale per salire al secondo piano sono veramente impegnative. Strette e anguste. Se si ha una valigia grossa è un problema. Abbiamo però capito che le scale a chiocciola anguste sono tipiche del Belgio.

• SpelaPok (9/5): - Odlična lokacija, 5 min peš do EP. Lepo opremljena kuhinja, vključno z osnovnimi kuharskimi potrebščinami (olje, sol, poper, začimbe). Udobna postelja :) Zavese so bile polprosojne, zvečer se zato ni dalo povsem zatemniti prostora, v Bruslju so poletni dnevi zelo dolgi. Zelo strme in ozke stopnice, malo težko manevrirati s kovčkom.

• Alexander (10/5): Very good stay, very clean and up-to-date. - Very seamless provisioning and returning of the keys through a small key safe. Nice location, close to the core of Ixelles. Very clean and very up-to-date equipment in the flat. A lot of light and not noisy. The stairs are very steep.

• Rachel (9/5): Clean and attractive apartment near EU parliament - Clean and attractive studio apartment - comfortable bed, small kitchen and table, large bathroom, and some storage area. Location is 10 min walking to EU parliament. Great communication with host. Would recommend. It was not a problem for us, but it is important to note that you must climb narrow stairs to reach the apartment. Some travellers (with physical limitations or large suitcases) may not like this.

It’s an oldish building so the stairs up to it are very narrow and conical- it would be difficult for someone who wasn’t very mobile or who had a large case to easily get up them.

• Mark (10/5): Excellent and Cozy - The apartment was adequately spacious with a large bathroom. It was very comfortable, within walking distance of work meetings and had all amenities required in a clean environment. A very good and recommended apartment. The lack of a lift means one must manage the circular stairs which could be quite the challenge if carrying a heavy luggage. Other than this the experience is perfect and would gladly book again whilst travelling for work.

• Lenka (8/5): Very good - The apartment itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, it matched the photos uploaded on booking.com. Communication with the owner was easy (super fast replies, fulfilling my requests to the highest possible extent). The location was good - walking distance to the Commission institutions around Schumann and also to the old town. Be prepared that this is an airbnb style of accommodation, there is no reception and therefore limited options, e.g. for early or late check-in of luggage. And OMG the stairs, second floor + ladder-like climbing. Its not suitable for travelers with larger suitcases and absolutely not for people of age or with disabilities (which is my case, it really was not great).
• Veronika (8/5): Clean, modern and comfortable place - Very clean, modern and comfortable place close to European area. All was great but beware of steep stairs (which is pretty common in Brussels), I had only small luggage so it was fine. One more thing - water in the shower did not drain properly but I believe it is only minor thing which could be fixed. Overall it is really nice place that can acommodate two persons very comfortably.

Room and facilities are excellent, and very good comms from the owner. The perfect base to explore this exciting city. Nothing to complain of

• Jutta (9/5): Superb - The flat looked newly refurnished - modern and tastefully. The flat was nicely prepared and offered a few bottles of water for free, coffee capsules and tea bags. The host was thoughtful and asked midway of my 1 week stay if everything was alright or if I needed something. He also responded to questions quickly. Heating, hot water, internet, everything worked perfectly. The road is not very busy and the flat is in the second floor, so it was no problem to have the window open. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep and a bit narrow at the turning points.

Located in a quiet street but in walking distance to Matonge and Flagey. No staff on site, but quick responses on Booking.com & the check in process was smooth and straightforward Minor nitpicks: the dishware has a decorative metallic ring which makes it unsuitable to use in the microwave. The dish towel provided was more like a hand towel.

I also liked the location, everything is nearby and in a nice district! I think I found my favourite spot to stay in Brussels. Everything was perfect!
