• Rupert, (10/5): A must come back residence - The location was near to all facilities such as mall, restaurant etc.... also the apartment was very comfortable and clean. Will surely go back. A small minor thing that could improve is the temperature of the swimming pool. It was sooooo cold.
• Jenny (8/5): Good - Clean and big. Accessible to mall. Checking in is not that easy. U can't get in via mall. U must take transport to the condo lobby and wait for someone to give u access to mailbox. The delay is quite frustrating especially when the weather is hot. I was stuck several times with no access card and no phone reception and it was terrifying when you get lost.
• Jenny (8/5): Some hiccups for 1st time stayer. Once familiar, ok to stay again the next trips! Generally am happy - Location was central, but we took grab cab to all places. Walking is tough, grab cab is convenient. Wish there were hand towels for the kitchen, mats for bathrooms. Only a bottle of soap was given. There should be proper shampoo, conditioner, body foam etc. Only big towels were given, there could also be small towels. Room slippers would also be good. Getting into the lobby and into the mail room was very difficult as we didn't go in by car, we tried to cut through the mall but without access card so we were stuck at few places not granting access. Proper instructions could be given to access the keys and getting into apartment was also tough figuring out the number lock pin.
• Wendy (8/5): Great stay - The location is very good, as the apartment is linked to the Lalaport shopping mall. The city view via the swimming pool is superb! The security is also good, everywhere you go you will need the access card. -
