Leonor (1/5): Imposible quedarse por riesgo sanitario y de seguridad. No apto para menores ni adultos tercera edad. - La ubicación El alojamiento no cumple con condiciones de habitabilidad ni salubridad para el número de personas reservadas, y mucho menos para la estadía de una bebé. Desde el inicio ustedes tenían conocimiento de que la reserva era para tres adultos y una bebé de pocos meses. Aun así, el apartamento no es apto, las escaleras representan un riesgo grave, el espacio es claramente insuficiente y resulta improcedente para una familia en esas condiciones. Durante toda la noche el aire acondicionado presentó filtraciones constantes, mojando el primer piso. Adicionalmente, se constató la presencia de chinches en las camas, lo cual constituye una falla grave de higiene y un riesgo sanitario inaceptable. El baño es incómodo, no cuenta con agua caliente, y por esta razón la bebé no pudo bañarse. Ante estas circunstancias, nos vimos obligadas a abandonar el apartamento de manera inmediata para proteger nuestra integridad física y salud. La permanencia en el lugar resultaba imposible.
Jairo (10/5): - La vista al mar El tema de la piscina .. estaba cerrada el martes festivo por mantenimiento y el miércoles debían abrir a las 10 y eran las 10:40 y aún están limpiandola... La muchacha que atendía la piscina debe ser más empática...
