• Florencia (9/5): La pasamos increíble, y el lugar estuvo genial! - Super comoda y remodelada. Ambientes limpios y equipado con todo lo necesario para hacer de la estadía muy buena! Lo único que no nos gustó es el olor a humedad/cloaca que hay en el pasillo, antes de subir al departamento. Pero solo eso, el olor no llegaba a departamento.

• Fabrizio (9/5): - La posizione centralissima vicina a tutto. Appartamento in ottimo stato con bagno e cucina visibilmente nuovi. Michael che ti assiste in ogni momento via w.a. I canali sono vicinissimi ma non si vedono dalle finestre, che nella stanza da letto sono molto vicine a quelle del palazzo di fronte.

Cama comoda,buena ventilación,aseo limpio,etc. Me volvería a alojar aquí si volviera a venecia. Las fotografías del anuncio son exactamente verdaderas. Por decir algo,no quedaba azúcar.

I arrived here after hours of travelling to be told that I am unable to check in "as the property is some how double booked" the keys didn't work, I had no where to stay (I'm from Australia). I was forced to find another hotel on the spot at my own cost. The host still has not responded to Booking.com regarding the dispute. Do not recommend I paid to stay here and I didn't even get to go inside. I do not recommend booking this place, you will ruin your holiday. The owner will not return your money!

• Anneliese (9/5): Perfect location for exploration - It was the perfect location to go out and explore. Michael made it so easy for us to get to the apartment. He gave us ferry times and maps. Perfect set up for a couple There isn’t a view but that’s not a big deal as it just makes you want to explore more
• Diolmhain (10/5): Fantastic stay in Venice - The location was perfect, right between Piazzale St. Marco and Rialto. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The owner was very welcoming to us and responded to messages very quickly. Everything was great, no issues
• Peter (8/5): Small cosmetic changes and a little cheaper would make it perfect ! - Proximity to St Marks Square. Rialto bridge.. Funny smell as you open door . Damp stale smell . Needs a diffuser . Also had trouble with lights . Didn’t end up using kitchen lights used the light on the stove instead to see at night

The apartment has a nice bath with soap, shower gel and shampoo, big bedroom, heating is working well, there were good instructions by the host to get in - overall he was very friendly and customer-oriented, the WiFi was strong, basics in kitchen like dish soap, olive oil werde offered etc. Everything in the apartment was new and in great shape! Thanks a lot!
• Anuj (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and comfortable apartment. Had all the amenities taken care, one of the rare things to find in Italy. Location is very convenient, 4-5 minutes walk to Raltio bridge and San Marco square. Michael was extremely helpful and responsive.Would stay again.
