• Quốc Hưng (4/5): Good place, but bad bad service - the room is clean and comfortable we checked out 15 mins late, because of the traffic. we informed them 1 hours in advance saying sorry, we were in the car on the way back the hotel, and just needed few mins to get to the hotel for our luggage. they said we were not allowed to check out late even 1 min, then they threw all our luggage out of the house door, and closed the doors. When we arrived at 12:15 (15 mins late) to take our luggage outside the hotel, they came and stared at us, kept silent like we just made a big mistake and owned them an apologize. when they said they would put our luggage out of the door, we thought they would put it in front of the room door, or in the living room which is still in the house, but that was not the case, they threw our luggage outside and locked the hotel doors. Never experience anything like this when we pay to stay in a hotel

• Matt (7/5): Pleasant stay in a unique local area. Lots of flower wholesalers nearby with a lot of local food options. - I liked the size of the property, with a seperate bedroom. I also liked the easy access with PIN code for the front door and a storage box for the door key. The host was contactable and helpful with my laundry. The couch could have been more comfortable. But I hardly used it anyways.
• Jolene (4/5): Below expectation - The location is great as it is near the Flower street and night market. There are stains on the pillow cover and towels. The bed spring came through the mattress so it is difficult to sleep in. Water pressure in the toilet (4th floor) is pretty low.

• Anna (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located right next to the food and flower markets, it had all the necessary facilities, although, I think the matrass on the bed needs to be replaced (it felt a bit uncomfortable). We really enjoyed our two days stay there.

• Lê (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is right next to the flower market and the bustling food market. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious and clean. Each room has a private balcony, very private, especially the room is completely soundproofed from the outside, creating a very good night's sleep. Free laundry and water refilling
• Olga (10/5): Flowers, Comfort, and Great Service - Excellent soundproofing. The sweetest administrator, always ready to help with anything you might need. The hotel is tucked away from the noisy streets, making it super cozy, but still just a short walk to the city center. Surrounded by a sea of flowers (the hotel is located at the edge of a wholesale flower market). There's not a ton of kitchenware if you’re planning to cook, but honestly — who needs to cook when delicious food practically rolls past your window all day long?

• Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - Lovely big space a short taxi ride away from central HCM. The host was really friendly and we had a smooth check in and check out. Air con worked perfect, would stay again!
• Leni (6/5): Pleasant - The room was relatively clean and the owners were communicative. They helped us carry bags up and down the four flights of stairs to the room. The room is much smaller than listed on booking.com, so please be aware this room is probably 15m2 total - not much more than a bed with a fridge up against it. The mattress was very poor quality - with springs sticking up in uncomfortable places. Please note this is not a hotel, this is a very small studio in a residential building.

• Aidai (7/5): Would recommend for those who want to experience Vietnamese life - Staff was very helpful, owners are locals and this place is very close to the flower and food market. Also it is close to bus stations and you can travel anywhere. There is a lovely balcony on the 4th floor.

• Georgios (9/5): Superb - Cute apartment, spacious and clean, just 3 kilometres from the main attractions in Ho Chi Minh. Great balcony overlooking a quiet street. Vanie was super, any time available, she helped us with anything we needed. Thank you Vanie and I really apologize for troubling you some time. Next time in Ho Chi Minh we'll stay at your apartment again. Minor issues: No working TV and the kitchen lacks some items. Surely we did not visit Saigon to watch TV or to cook every day.

Unfortunately they don’t have credit or debit card payment service as you have to pay in cash Vietnam Dongs only. I can recommend this place without any hesitations.

• Sarah (10/5): Near street food market. - We had a very nice host, Vinny allowed us to check in early in the morning. I loved that the location is very near a street food market.

There is an older man next door who liked to fix something with a hammer every night. So I couldn't sleep at night and it interfered with my work. Thanks to the hotel staff, she tried to make the man understand that customers need to sleep, but it didn't help.
